I walked out on my second day of training because not only was the store manager scamming customers but the company itself!If you buy phones from this location they add the insurance without your knowledge and tell you you're getting free accessories but it's really a up charge. Rubi was also using her own ID to get customers free phones so she wouldn't lose sells (scamming the company)In those 2 days 3 people went to take off insurance they didn't know they were paying for. I’ve never experienced such an unprofessional “manager”. This is definitely the best MetroPCS store in Las Vegas. I’ve been going there for years and have always got great customer service I live in Boulder city Nevada. It is truly worth the drive.

Worse service i ever had ,went in to store to ask for help transferring my service from Sprint, i asked the maneger name Alyn to assist me,she was telling me she has a good phone for free and thas the best phone i can get, so she sold the phome to me and im not happy with it. Went back next day she said she can do nothing she cant replace the phone , today i went back again talk to a lady name Seth she told me , my maneger explained everything to you we cant help you , so thats all i get for my $140

This store had excellent customer service. Esmerelda was amazing. She took time to explain to me my options and the best deal. I was almost ready to switch to Verizon but she convinces me to stay. She was very knowledgeable and professional. The entire staff was very courteous. I was able to get two phones. She was wonderful and really appreciated her hard work and patience.

Oli was a great help when I went to this location the other day to get help with my phone, he was really patient with me & gave me all the information I needed. I will definitely come back & see him if I ever have any questions or concerns with my cell phone.
