Bought a phone case last Tuesday with my new phone cause I figured I should get one while I was there and the worker pulled it out of the box and was fidgeting/struggling with the kickstand, and was not able to pull it out properly and just gave it to me. A week later and the kickstand is broken, and the number of times I used it can be counted on my hand. I'm not sure if this was intentional to force me to buy another case or if the worker made a mistake, but regardless, it was a 40$ case that was broken in a week. Could have gotten something more durable and cheaper online, but I trusted the store. The main phone works fine, but I won't be coming back here ?

It is 4:20 in the afternoon on a Sunday and I am standing at the door with the sun beating down on me super hot there's people sitting in a chair inside but they're ignoring my knock the sign says they close at 6:00 and when I called Metro with my issue they sent me to the store so I'm just getting ignored

Even if you have to drive 100 miles to the next store, it will be worth it! Avoid this store at any cost! The owner is a liar!Was trying to sell me a new phone telling me my phone won't activate. Went to the store at Ft. Apache activated in 5 mins. I am currently using THE phone to make this post thru the MetroPcs network on the phone he said it can't be activated.

Horrible Service by Estefania She was really sketchy telling me i got a "free case" but yet again i see it on my recipe i told her multiple times that i didn't need a case! i keep asking her why she said free ?! but she keep avoiding my question acting stupid acting like it was "Free" when clearly it was not because it was charged on my Bill!! I don't understand why you guys hire RE TARTS like her.
