I would not spend your money here , I would write a more detailed review but keep forgetting to set some things up in my phone so it kept deleting it . Mario needs to get fired I'll make sure of it too . I've always been the biggest advocate for treat others how you wanna be treated. He was say hold on don't rush me when I greeted him . There was another lady that was upset at him too so she left . He started asking werid security questions I felt uncomfortable I shouldnt have given my # cause he was asking how much you pay monthly , when was your last billed dated. I made a phone call on there phone to call my mom then ending up leaving . Before I left he threatened my account and number. He needs to get fired not spending money here he's racist against whit ppl to there were some other Hispanic that came in he greeted them and was nice to them. He's so ignorant

I have been with Mint Mobile for a few years. I decided to try MetroPcs so that I could get an iPhone 12 for cheap. WHAT A MISTAKE! The first month is not even up yet and I have called customer service two times and BOTH TIMES MetroPcs PROMISED REFUNDS BUT THEY NEVER REFUND! Wasted SO MUCH TIME on the phone with MetroPcs customer service. They sound like nice Philippino ladies that sound like they will take care of you. HOWEVER, THEY WILL NEVER DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO ONCE YOU HANG UP. What a mistake going with MetroPcs! Stay away from this big waste of time company. Go with Mint Mobile instead!

THIS PLACE TRIED SCAMMING ME... I was grabbing the cheapest phone I could for my 10 year old son. It was supposed to be free since I was adding a line... He told me there was a bunch of activation fees and blah blah blah... $124... Cool whatever, slid my card... They only have me the credit card receipt... Felt wrong so I asked for the sales receipt.... $80 of that was for (2) iPhone 11 screen protectors!!! I don't own an iPhone! I made them refund the $80.... But, another metro store, same owners, did the same thing to me when I got my original phone about 6 months ago... Charged me for a $60 charger I didn't ask for, and pretended like I was getting it free... SCANDALOUS, CRIMINAL even

the lady at this store was rude and had the worst customer service. I came in to buy a new phone she didn't help me with anything nor could she answer any of my questions. I will not be going back to this shop.

So I called this store to inquire bout a Gateway, she said yes we have them, I asked if she could check notes on my account, she said they couldn't do that over the phone, I replied I hope there won't be any issues when I show up...guess what... ISSUES! She remembered me from our conversation but couldn't help me cause they don't carry "TMobile" Gateways...

Don't go here. They will attempt to steal your banking information if you do the lease option. I have contact customer service and was informed you do not need to give them any banking information. If approved for the lease option you only pay 1st month and small fee.

I purchased a hotspot for $50 I had it for 3 Days never used it wanted to return it and they would not give me my money back $50 they gave me a whole $6.70 back out of $57 I had it for 3 Days Metro has lost a customer I will never be back with Metro again
