By far the worst customer service I have ever received! I purchased the at home internet from store manager Luis 2 days ago because he stated how great the service was however when I tested it out it was complete trash! When I came in to return the device he refused to return the item due to missing the top card board piece to the inside of the box! I expressed I may have trashed it being that I had no intention or returning the device. Also I explained that being that he used another address other than my address I was not able to even try to watch Netflix or Hulu because he used an address that wasn’t mines to sign up for services because my service area was not eligible! I will not purchase anymore devices from metro after this experience!

They are good at what they do at Metro I have no problems with Metro sometimes I do have problems not with them directly but which with a different company

Rude, unprofessional and unethical individuals at this location. Funny how I was given one price over the phone by a worker here and then was given a totally different price that was higher when I arrived and they seen me. I wish these businesses and franchises would stop letting a certain demographic take over and run these locations solely. It’s always a sense of bigotry and attitude anytime I decide to come into here and certain Wells Fargo locations.

The worst customer service. Metro PCS arbitrarily changes your due date and then imposes a surcharge due immediately. Metro PCS cut off phone services after the bill is paid in full. STAY AWAY FROM METRO by T-Mobile.

I was able 2 get the LG5 for $69.00+ $35.00+$60.00+ ins 4 grand total of $185.00 today. But I got a phone call & had 2 leave. I'm already with T-Mobile 4 20 yrs.

This Metro is Boomin. The employees here are very helpful and seem to have such good energy surrounding them. It always feels good to come here, like Im not a bother to them. They are bilingual as well!

Went in for information on devices, prices and plans. I was not greeted upon entrance, even though there a couple of girls behind the counter. As I approached the counter, I was not acknowledged. Instead, I had to stand there while the girls finished their gossip session. Really? I proceeded to ask questions (to which I actually already knew the answer), and that told me everything I needed to know. I think her name is Melissa. She knows more about the Kardashians than the company she works for. Sorry, you didn't earn my business. Buyer beware.
