They never answer the phone. when one scores. But they are on their cell phone all the time and they don't answer the phone when you dial them ?

Absolutely the worst experience of my life, after I walked in customers were being helped so I took a moment and looked around cause i was planning to add a line so after one of the employees a red head female gets done with a customer she asks can she help me i say no cause I wasnt done looking, after looking around for a few moments I found something that caught my attention male employee asks me if I needed help I say yes he said i'll be right with you I respond okay.
