Walked in to buy an iPhone and was told they were closed 20 mins before their actual closing time because the lady had somewhere else to be apparently. If you don’t like your job just don’t do it but you ain’t gotta be rude.

i was in & out of this place in minutes . one of the customer service reps named Jennifer helped me to figure out the volume on my fathers phone ! she is optomistic and a wuick thinker . i loved the service she gave me and will continue to use my local metro by t-mobile! you rock girl ! big thumbs up . my father is 81 and you know we do anything to make the old man satisfied . thanks again !

Iv been with metro for years and they are friendly when I go into the stores but Laylah at the Charleston location hands down the best period she walked me thru my account and took off things I didn't even know I was getting charged for and was the nicest person I HIGHLY recommend stoping here if you need help laylah was amazing I'd give more stars if I could.

On January 1, 2021 I went to pick up a warranty replacement phone. I was first waited on by Endia who was very nice. Jadela then finished helping me. She is very pleasant, helpful and Customer Focused. She is also very knowledgeable on the phone products. I really enjoyed her out going personality and help. Because of Jadela I will be back to this store. Thank you Jadela for being the best part of Metro by T-Mobile. Blessings, Lori Giessinger

This store is garbage..and everything in it.. How do you not have a high tech phone on carrier Maclaren 7tpro.. And they are not knowledgeable of how to set a correct activation.they were more worried about commish. So given 2 stars is to high on my standards for this store. I would blast the store mnger..not even worth the words..when he said he was mngr....I knew this store was not on point..

I went to this store SUNDAY after 11am and I was serviced by ABIGAIL. Now I said: I would like to fix my acct and get the hotspot for my kids to watch movies and play videos games on. ABIGAIL: pero no problem I can help you with that.... so she fixes my acct then we discussed the mobile hs she tells me this 30GB will last thru the month and that they will have no problems with this device. She served it up real saucy like and made her lit ouchies off me ya dig. So boom we go home and we hook up the hs and it's working good for that day and I'm like mmmkkkkkkkkkrrrrrr oooooooouuuuuu! Then the next day it's dead . So I call 611 and then lady said it's no way 30GB is used up in a matter of hours. So she did something and it started working for a few hours and stopped working again. Today I go in and I let the girl know what happened and here comes little miss Abigail to counter. I repeat myself for the umtenth time and she begins to instantly say "I tell all my customers that this internet service is not good for streaming and that it will not last thru the month. How come you didn't say this 4 days and $120 later? Let me answer that for you because she needed to make commission. If your job is lying to ppl to make a sell and you can sleep easy knowing your as an artist by all means do you boo. But to lie and then try to defend the lie that you told in order to gain some paper it's disgusting. But I guess she needed that $10 commission pretty badly.
