This was the most horrible experience I've had at any metro PC's in my life!!! I went in specifically for a phone w/tap pay the woman sold me a phone that wasn't compatible. Continued to tell me I was wrong even after I called Motorola myself then found a new blame to place on my bank saying they were not compatible for tap pay, again I showed them they were wrong. I asked for some kind of accommodation for their mistake of selling me a phone I didn't need. They refused to admit their fault in the matter and refused accommodation for the issue they caused. I had to file a report and dispute charged which has my card cancelled my life is a living hell thanks to this metropcs. All because the management refused to admit their wrongs and issue me a phone with tap pay. I didn't want my money back I only wanted what I initially asked for which was a phone with tap pay, and they refused to swap the phone out at the same price
I will be letting everyone know about my experience here and they need new staff

Debra is a great employee. Despite being in a hurry and stressed over the assistance I needed she was patient, calm and thoroughly helped me with my needs. She is a top notch worker who deserves more! Thank you! We are forever grateful!

I got the iPhone 11 promotion but they ripped me off because they included a 50$ charger without my consent the way the transaction went down was sketchy

Worst cell phone company I would give it a zero metro peace of shit signal don't work I got the large distance I travel to different countries and I couldn't make a call or text or anything it was working fine a week ago and the lady at metro said that its my phone she said cause you bought your phone somewhere else that's not the case my parents had bought there phones from boost mobile and with large distance and it worked for them perfectly fine Metro peace of shit is a shit place tbh they won't give out free phones and also there phones are over price trust me I think Boost mobile and Sprint,Verizon are better cell phone company trust me I recommend Verizon or boost mobile or cricket.
