i have been with Metro for years and it really sucks that wether its thru the store or the phone the customer service is horrible, you will get misinformation and the runaround, nothing is ever easy to clarify, any issues you have will not be resolved

Like a "No-Frills" airline, everything is ALL GOOD....until you need customer service!!! These iDioTs DON'T ANSWER THE ph, & if the do, it's at least 30min LATER!!! and if you aren't "Nice", THEY HANG UP IN YOUR FACE!!! Be careful they will charge you extra, like protection, and put them onto your service charges. Call Metro CS to ask for the correct price before walking in. Don’t let them fool you!
