Do not go to this Metro location, I went and got new service for my wife and myself, I told the rep that I was approved for ACP, so getting a discount on my bill, they apparently only applied it temporarily for one month then my bill went up, I called customer service and they told me that it should have been applied to permanently to my account, they gave me the highest plan and applied it for one month when I specifically said I didn't want that. Basically got extra money from me for something I didn't request then when I wanted to add internet they said it was going to be 170 up front but then customer service said it was only 65 and that every month after that it should only be 25 a month, I talked to the reps up the road at the eastern location and they confirmed that as well so I don't know what kind of management they have going on at this store but if they can up charge you they will. Go to a different location that will be more transparent with you about you account.

I didn't get the service I requested for 15 days and I got charged??? i had to stay on top. At Spring Mountain rd, I have been client for many years and I do have automatic payment. I went to the store to ADD a $10.00 service. They charged me automatically $20.00 and after 16 days that I paid for it I had no service. I went back to store because I never got the service. The girl correct my plan. But when I try to use it didn't worked. I did call customer service. At costumer service a lady changed my plan again and at the end put her rude supervisor to talk to me, still didn't work . I went back to store, the girl help me100% changing my plan again. I went add $10 service on my service and I get charged $20 and for "15 days I had no service". Terrible customer service.

This location has very helpful associates but overall I personally will always sing praises for Metro as a whole. I have used their service for around 13 years and will never switch to another carrier. I love Metro

The customer Agent who assisted me was helpful with the training and education she was given at this location. I went in to open a few more temporary accounts, but they couldn't get to the finish without the customer number. The Agent called the Manager. Unfortunately the Manager she spoke with doesn't know Metro PCS/T-Mobile policies and procedures. I have multiple temporary lines with this carrier for specific projects and haven't had an issue. They do not know how to process accounts with business credit cards. Unfortunate for the Agents who are not given tools to succeed.

Kudos to Manny for being so helpful today. Turns out I called the wrong store but I only realized because he was so informative. Excellent service. Come here instead of Sahara & Maryland. I will next time.
