They have the cheapest plans for a phone here in all of Las Vegas. I buy all my electronics here. They have the best speakers, chargers, phones, and everything you need. Family owned and I feel loved everytime I walk in. I can pay my bill here too. They will have my business for as long as I breathe.

Guy at the counter sold me a higher plan without telling me. I assumed it was an activation fee and then later found out on my account that he had sold me an unlimited data plan when I explicitly asked for the $30 5 GB plan.When setting up my account he also set my pin to a repetition of the 4 digit pin I gave him without telling me that the pin actually needed to be 8 digits. He also set my security question without asking, complicating the process of fixing my account later with support.I guess he could tell that I was going in for a quick temporary SIM for a new device I had, but that doesn't excuse upcharging me.

In town for a couple days and needed an upgrade. Corporate store quoted me over $200 so I decided to go to this Twain store and got me an upgrade for less than $70 out the door. Luke helped me and gave me a free case!
