I stopped by the store yesterday to get some information on the new internet service metro/tmobile just launched. They were a couple customers ahead of me no big deal. I was eventually helped by Associate Carlos who was a huge help. He explained everything to me and I decided to go with the internet after all. I didn't qualify at first (signal issues or system issues) but he was able to find a solution for me to make it work. His co worker who I forgot her name but she was very helpful as well as far as getting the Internet to work! Anyways they didn't have any towers left in stock but Carlos called his boss and made it happen. I was told to come back at 5 pm and when I went in it was locked up waiting for me! Carlos and his lady co worker worked together to get my tower and app set up and I was out the door in under 15 minutes! I left a happy customer!! When they get smart watches in I will definitely be back! Btw the Internet works pretty well so far so I hope it stays that way haha!

Gosh I wish I could remember the names of the two AWESOME employees that helped us yesterday. Oh, the guy was named Jordan, the main one that helped. After the day we had with other phone companies, it was a pleasure being waiting on by employees who knew their jobs and did it well. 3/10/22 is the date we went in. This stressed out mom was happy as can be! Phones are great too! Great job, thank y'all so much ?

I was in the market for a new phone and I came across the Galax A21. I went to the Metro Store down the street from my apartment and to find out the sales agent said they were sold out and most of the other Metro stores were sold out too. I decided to call another store, and I spoke to a sales agent named Noah. He said yes we have one Galaxy A21 left, I asked him if he would hold it for me til I got there. Noah said yes he'll hold it for me for the next hour. I got there as quickly as I could. I got to the store and a sales agent named Ed was there and I told him I called about a Galaxy A21 and he said oh yeah we have it right here for you. Ed was very cool and helpful getting me the Galaxy A21. Noah had just came out the back, the sales agent I spoke to over the phone. Noah said you must be the guy who called me about the Galaxy A21, I said yes I am. Both Ed and Noah took care of me and getting my new phone set up and my number ported over from my old carrier. Courteous Staff handled my stolen phone insurance claim for me to make sure my phone would be replaced. No hassle or added headaches involved. Awesome customer service!

Says opens at 9am, I get here and it says 10 on door. They need to change the website time.Did not have a bad experience with the employees just the time.

Switched companies over to PCS & dealt with Sabrina great experience. Took a friend over yesterday for a new phone and service. Sabrina again went above and beyond helping us with a smile and humor. Beautiful young lady. Ask for Sabrina=wonderful service
