The worst phone company in Las Vegas! No customer service whatsoever. Sky high bills for what was supposed to be affordable service. Empty locations with no employees to process your payment to restore service and no way to pay your bill unless you drive around looking for a location that's actually open. This company is nothing but a huge nightmare. They just lost the almost $1200 a year they were taking off me for 2 phones, 1 with limited Internet. We are leaving this company today!

The girl got here after they were supposed to be open. Waited 20 minutes and still not open smh. Had to leave and go to another location because she was sitting inside talking on the phone while customers keep coming

Great experience and excellent customer service during my recent visit at Metro the rep was very helpful and displayed superior knowledge when going over options and got me a wonderful deal 10 out of 10 rating and I definitely would recommend everyone to check them out
