I have now financed 3 cars via Members Auto, working directly with OJ Dawoodi. He is a wonderful steward of process, and has made each car purchase process seamless. We first came to Members Auto in 2016, and have continued to come back since then. He is incredibly professional, thorough, and upfront, letting us know the full cost, including taxes, and fees without pressuring us into something we did not want. He's wonderful and I highly recommend Members Auto and OJ.

I've been a member of CCCU for over 25 years and This is my first time using CCCU Members Auto. I must say it was the easiest and best car buying experience I've ever had. Matt and Gloria were a great team and made sure I was 100% informed and comfortable every step of the way. Matt went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I wanted. He even delivered the car to my home so that I wouldn't have to take time off from work. I couldn't be happier and i love my new car too. I would highly recommend member's auto to anyone wanting a smooth car buying experience.

This business is one of the most shadiest places we've ever had to deal with. They work directly with Clark County Credit Union that has poor business practices. They do not answer any phone calls, there is absolutely no customer service. They lost the title to our vehicle which was sold over 2 year ago and fiananced by them. Do not purchase anything from Members Auto. Thank me later.

OJ Dawoodi is something of a master sales rep. This is fact, not opinion, and purely indisputable. We went to the Credit Union last week to inquire about buying a truck, and had the pleasure of working with the Members Auto department by way of OJ Dawoodi. He was the consummate professional, projecting and describing what the cost would be, out of pocket with/without trade-in, Kelly Blue Book value, and showed us competitor pricing from dealerships across the Vegas Valley. He was cool, calm, and collected and far from pushy. In addition, it was near closing time and OJ never made us feel rushed. He wanted to get us all relevant information to help us make the best decision and was willing to stay after his shift ended to do so.Ultimately we bought the truck; one part due to the fabulous deal, and another due to OJ. He just made the purchasing process so seamless. I am not sure I will ever shop at a traditional dealership again.For those looking to buy a vehicle, who are members of the Clark County Credit Union (CCCU), I highly recommend stopping in and seeing them; and if you are in the Green Valley area, or willing to make the trek, ask for OJ. There is none better and we could not be happier! Thank you OJ!!

I have been fortunate to experience the personal attention that Terri Kight gives to her clients and to her colleagues. Our mutual client has benefited greatly because of Terri's ability to communicate effectively, be diligent in processing information, and actually caring about doing an effective job to close the transaction. My job is to find the Home for the client, but Terri makes it possible to hand the keys to them! She has evolved from being a client of mine to being a quality source to provide to my clients. Bottom line is TERRI is AWESOME!

Always a waste of time. If you have a lot of time to waste come here. Other banks can get you approved here in the valley the same day. These bank takes at least two weeks. Also if you want to come pay something off they try to bring every rule they can so you can't pay your loan. Worst bank to work worth. Save your time and go elsewhere.

If you want to buy a car, go see OJ at CCCU member services . What an angel . No hassling with car salesmen. He is knowledgeable, and happy to help you get your best deal on a car. We have been members with CCCU for a very long time. We recently finished the purchase of a new home and the mortgage department was great to work with. They answered all 10,000 of my questions daily and made me comfortable the entire process. I am very happy with the process and outcome!

We sold our home yesterday. The buyer's lender CCCU dragged their heels on the wire transfer over some ridiculous home warranty requirements that were clearly noted in the loan documents that it was not going to be transferred to the new owners. They were late on the wire transfer causing the title company to miss the cutoff time and in turn caused us to pay another $500+ in mortgage interest. Therefore this one star rated is well deserved. CCCU needs to learn the concept, "time is of the essence." Update 10/2/19: Despite what Bree states, I maintain my position. CCCU sent the wire transfer to title past 2:00 pm. This left zero time for title to wire to our lender that same day. CCCU had not only had 6 hours to send the wire payment to title, they had weeks to review to contractual requirements and ask questions regarding the home warranty for the Buyer.

The worst bank I have ever felt with I would of gave them 0 stars but was not able to did a car loan was approved the next day sent all my docks in then get a call need a copy of my pay check sent them right away get a call a HR later telling me they are taking back there approval because my pay check is not verifiable what never heard that one before told them I could get bank statements showing I deposited the checks in my banks they refused basically calling my checks fake but could prove otherwise what kind of bank are they I would not recommend them to any one .Went to my bank a real bank Bank of America been with them for 23 years never had a problem I have cc with them did the car loan agan gave them my pay checks all docks no problem what so ever so tell me what kind of bank are they nothing but a joke stay way unless you want to wast you time with them I did don't make my same mistake .

For the second time my account has been hacked!!! Charges were placed at Cane's for almost $90. Luckily I did get a call enquiring about the charges otherwise I would have never known. Then it can take up to 10 days to get your money refunded. I use my account primarily to pay for my car that is being financed by CCCU. For now I've decided not to get another debit card and if this happens again I'm just going to shut down my savings and checking accounts. I'm giving 2 stars only because of the fraudulent call warning...otherwise it would be less than 1.

I've been a customer for years and I have all my accounts here. The customer service here is great! They are quicker than most banks that you will go to, the service I've received for my auto loans (Joe is Fantastic!) and other accounts has been awesome and when I walk I'm always greeted with smiles! I always see the same people, so that's totally a plus for me. If you run into any issues they work with you to figure it out and it's handled so there's no stressing! Gotta like that in a bank! I recommend them as much as I can to all my friends and family.

This bank is just bad. Seems insolvent, no way to get around fees or overdraft protection they don't care about the customer..Wells Fargo is more empathetic, and that's actually sad
