Natalie is always professional although pleasant and helpful, you'd never guess she is a manager. Always accommodating and willing to help even when subject to unavoidable circumstances. She pitches in where she is needed, always courteous and cheerful, trying to work through difficult and challenging situations.

“My mother fell ill quite rapidly, we were thrown into a world we didn't understand, or even how to cope with the changes. After all the dread weve felt in the 3 weeks of hospitals and worry. We were met with a litany of things to get for when she came home. When we called Freedom Medical we were met with a quite disrespectful customer care experience. We felt a bit down because of that too. Like maybe we shouldnt be caring for our grandma.
But when we called Las Vegas Pharmacy & Supplies we were met with a polite, kind, helpful Marion. She was fantastic, gave us ideas to help, had exactly what we needed and was absolutely a breathe of fresh air in our tornado. We left feeling like maybe we can do this as a family.

“I really don't know where all the negative reviews are coming from, but from my experience , this is the greatest company that i've ever dealt with where medical supplies are concerned. Stephanie was a great help to me ! I literally found this company they immediately went to work on getting me a medical bed and getting everything turned in to where I received the bed a week later. In the past, I dealt with 2 other companies that had authorization for the bed.But never contacted me.Or set up anything to deliver them. Six months has passed , so I found this company vegas medical supply , and I had a bed in my home set up in less than two weeks. I Really appreciate this company all the proper paperwork together so that I could get to bed. Stephanie deserves a raise over there, She's always on top of things and Really appreciate her for that!!! “Bought a 'Rampower' lab handpiece and motor from this company. Unfortunately, right out of the box it didn't work. (Not their fault, they are the supplier not the manufacturer). Called them up, they organized return labels and got a new one out to me in less than a week. Thought it was good service and indicative of their culture. I will do business with them again.”
“I want to leave my review, a few months ago I found this pharmacy by chance, I needed a pharmacy that did free delivery since my mother needs a lot of medications and had already had problems at the previous pharmacy due to poor work and poor coordination, someone recommended QHr and so I called the Nellis location, and to my surprise if they speak Spanish there, they were very friendly, dedicated, they answered all my questions without leaving me any doubt, I want to congratulate all of them and especially Elizabeth for her great I work serving clients, and I did so much that I transferred my mother to them and it was my best decision.”
“This company is great to rent from. We rented a wheelchair for 3 days at a very reasonable rate. The equipment was in good condition and clean.
The security deposit was returned to our credit card immediately after turning the wheelchair back to them”

“I was traveling and hurt my ankle. From the airport in Houston, I was able to call Emerald Medical Supplies and they knew exactly what I needed, a knee scooter. Their pricing was WAY more than fair and by the time I landed in Las Vegas and made my way to the hotel, they had already delivered my scooter to the bell desk.
