“Was quick and easy. The only thing that I have to complain about was the lady at the desk told me "we stop taking samples at 2:00. It's 2:01." I said are you serious? You aren't going to let me pee because I'm one minute past 2:00? She looked at me for a moment and said I guess go sit down.

“This facility is great. Nice staff and clean facility. We are always able to get an appt right away for our sports physicals. We choose to come here and pay out of pocket for our kid’s sports physicals because it takes so long to get into our regular doctor. PA Kim was fabulous. Super nice, thorough, and explains the test. I like that she spoke directly to my son, even though he’s a minor, to have him engage and experience talking to adults in this type of setting”

After reaching out to a few places for pricing and information, I found EFFEX Analytical Services to be not only extremely friendly but also more affordable than one of their competitors by $190. For the same service, the competitor quoted $310, while EFFEX did it for $110 several days earlier. Julie from EFFEX was incredibly friendly, making the visit enjoyable rather than dreadful. “My Wife and I had our first meeting with him last week. Myself for stomach issues I’ve been having for 5 years. My wife also stomach issues energy levels shaking and feeling dizzy. We were given Dr. Brewer card from a friend we called immediately after failed Doctor visits, blood tests, allergy tests, colonoscopies, endoscopes. “I had a really good experience at the Southern Nevada Pediatric Center. Before seeing Dr. Zulich, I visited several pediatric clinics but never had the chance to meet a pediatrician. I don’t mean to discredit the nurses or medical staff who are qualified to provide care, but my experiences with them have not been positive. Despite my baby showing severe jaundice symptoms and signs of a hernia, no one properly explained the situation. So, we went to ER and NICU. I saw five different medical professionals before seeing Dr. Zulich, and except for one, I was not satisfied with the care I received. (I did meet one great person at the Henderson location, it was so far from my house. The reason was why I had to leave that clinic.) Eventually, based on my friend's recommendation, I switched to this center. From the moment I walked in, every service exceeded my expectations. All the staff were kind, and they took the time to listen and be patient with me, even though English is not my first language. Dr. Zulich also answered all my small questions with kindness and professionalism. Even the medical student who introduced herself explained how to manage my baby’s colic, predicting it before we even asked. I was thrilled to receive such a level of care and professionalism that I hadn’t experienced at other clinics. I truly believe meeting Dr. Zulich and visiting this center was a stroke of luck.”

“Scheduling appointments is the way to go, I arrived at the Quest testing Lab, and the waiting room was jammed, but my appointment was kept and was in and out about 15 minutes.”

“I went to take a test for the coronavirus negative certificate required when returning to Japan. According to my research, the price was $120, which is the most reasonable price within the range that is easily accessible from Las Vegas BLVD. If you email me any questions you have in advance, they will respond immediately, and on the day of the test, they will stop your car, ask you where they are looking at you as you head towards the door, and open the door to greet you. I did. When I showed him the sample certificate from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's website, he told me that he would fill it out and send it to me later, and sent me both the Phamatech Inc. form and the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare form that I had handed to him by email. He gave it to me. The staff is very kind and I can recommend this place. Of course, the Phamatech negative certificate was valid when I returned to Japan!”

“Update 10.30.24 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Lab Experience with Skilled Phlebotomist
Another excellent experience at this lab! The efficiency and professionalism are top-notch, but what truly stands out is their well-trained phlebotomist. As someone with floating veins, finding a skilled technician is crucial. Despite fasting for 56 hours and consuming 48 ounces of water before my blood work (which might seem excessive to some, but ensures smooth process and accurate results for me), the staff here consistently gets it right.

Special shout-out to Zaynab, the phlebotomist who handled my lab work today. Her expertise made the process quick and painless. The lab's user-friendly website makes appointment scheduling a breeze, contributing to an overall seamless experience.

While they have multiple locations, I can only vouch for this specific site - and I highly recommend it. If you're looking for a lab that prioritizes patient comfort and accuracy, this is the place to go. Perfect for those who want to get in, get out, and have an excellent experience every time.

Davia is an excellent Phlebotomy technician. I have floating veins and it is very difficult to take my blood. You must be the top phlebotomist or a doctor to draw my blood. I always request they give me their best and to use a butterfly needle.

Fortunately, I am extremely healthy so I have blood drawn once a year for my annual checkup. It was told my veins were damaged when I donated blood early on in my professional career to supporting my community blood drives. These days I am not trying to have any needles inserted in my veins.

I went to E7Health facility (very clean, and friendly staff) to have a blood test and two phlebotomist later and a few sticks later it was recommended I go to Clinical Pathology Lab. I am glad E7 had a resolution.

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by clinical pathology lab and I used this exact location years ago because I was a self paid (cash paying) customer and their prices are very reasonable, fast efficient service and friendly staff.

Thanks to Davia I will definitely recommend and I will come back if I need blood drawn in the future.

“Really ideal experience! Shout out to "Piña Colada" Charlotta and her coworker whose name I believe was Veronica (I didn't actually meet her). They were amazing!I made an appointment online (this is a necessity, the line wasn't long but make the appointment online regardless). Unfortunately I forgot my lab order at home. Charlotta brought me in anyway and said "We're gonna get you sorted out no matter what, don't worry!" And right she was. They first checked to see if the digital database had my order. When that failed they said I could call my doctor's office and have it faxed over. Charlotta drew another patient's blood while I waited and the instant the fax came in Veronica added all my orders to my patient profile so they could take mine next.The staff were comforting, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I had a great conversation with Charlotta while she worked; really couldn't have asked for a better experience! And I barely felt the needle stick. A tip, in case you didn't know: drink plenty of water before your appointment so your veins are easier to find!”

“I recently moved to Las Vegas from Florida. I was very anxious about finding a new HIV provider in a new city. I was an executive leader at a very large HIV/Infectious disease clinic that was prominent in Florida. When I got here I was familiar with AHF and the work they do. I had not had great experiences with AHF in Florida. However I was gonna give it a try as resources in Las Vegas are not as available to the same extent as Florida. I can honestly say, what a INCREDIBLE team AHF on Maryland has. First off, how quickly I was able to be seen was outstanding! When I met my provider, Brooke, she was engaging and listened to my needs and where I was at on my journey to great health! She fights for her patients to get the care they need. She is educated, informed, competent and thorough! She’s also has a great sense of humor. Brook tackled some hurdles for getting my meds that I needed flawlessly and never grateful for her!

The MAs are so sweet and patient as well as the nursing staff! The lab is beyond efficient. The front desk ladies are so kind and keep this ship running smoothly. I have been about 8 or so visits. The provider and staff are always ON TIME and I have never seen them be behind or late all while providing above amazing care that is comprehensive and cutting edge!

AHF has made me feel safe and welcome and cared about. You are not a number here… They know you by name!

“The waits can be long and definitely do recommend arriving at least two hours before they open. Some days can be busier than others and it’s never easy to predict but once you are in there every one treats you kind, never felt feelings of judgement as we are all there to be responsible. Everything they do for the community of beyond helpful. Should you go, do it on a free day as again with it being a free testing site it can take some time and waiting. Be patient.”

“I went to my quest appointment on Burham but it was @ my Dr's office in intermountain building. My veins are difficult but quest employee listened as to difficulty in the past labs & she was able got my labs done. Lil bruising but gone within 24 hours so she did a great job.”
