The woman in the morning is very slow and rude I come every morning and it takes 20min for her to complete an order always waiting in the drive thru line for 20 min and she has a attitude looks at me disrespectful and snatches money.

I visited this location yesterday 23 February 2024 afternoon and at first there was a bit of a confusion and chaos going on. Missed orders, wrong orders etc. Then Mr Mike Davidson stepped up. As I and other cars waited after ordering at the drive through, Mike Davidson started making sure that he spoke to each customer. Then in the order we lined up he systematically got everyone their order. Corrected every mistake and did so with a sense of urgency, professionalism, curtesy, integrity and accuracy. He never stopped smiling. He kept a calm voice and demeanor yet moved like he realized that customers needed not wait any longer than necessary. He double checked every receipt. Mr Mike Davidson should be commended for his outstanding service…thank you.

Terrible bunch of kids that all say that's not my job. ordered my food when I went to go check on it, it was just sitting on the counter nobody said order 260, just let it sit there for 15 minutes. i left all my trash on the table. I also ordered thru the app and requested the bring to my table option, nobody brand it, instead called my order number.

The food good but the service was terrible. So they gave us the wrong order. When I informed them the girl on the window she became upset The manager on duty on 2/20/24 at 7:42 am came to the window on her own with a very rude tone and manor. Informed her of my order. She informed me they also charged me the wrong amount. I paid the difference. When she gave me my food and drinks , she practically threw them at me. It’s was not busy , I was polite , they made the mistakes . So there was no reason for her poor customer service. We lead by example. So I can see the rest of the team seemed so moody.
