The mattress seems comfortable but the costumer service was the worst. The guy was harassing me inviting me to go out with him when I already say no. Insinuating that I have no good relationship with my boyfriend (when I say I was in a relationship). I say thank you when we were finally done with the transaction (that took forever for the bad computer system they have) and for everything I said he would respond "you are ok" like trying to say "your welcome" like if he was making me a favor!!!!!.
I can't belive they have this kind of harassing, creepy dude in customer service. His name is Scott.

Very knowledgeable and no pressure.
Coming here was a great choice over Ashely furniture-type places where they breathe over your shoulder and try to tell you what you’re going to buy vs what you want. Here it was easy and all questions are answered professionally and insightfully. Knowledge based suggestions are always my favorite personal way of doing sales.

Scott was incredible in helping me get a mattress for my guest room. I don’t know anything about mattresses so I just told him what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to stay in and he helped me get the perfect mattress WITHIN my budget! He handled everything from helping placing the order and schedule the delivery. Amazing customer service.

I recently purchased a Beauty Rest mattress from Mattress Firm and had an exceptional experience. Scott my sales person was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect mattress for my needs. The approval process was quick and efficient, and the delivery was right on time.

I had the best experience at the Blue Diamond, Mattress Firm. Bear was helpful without being pushy. I needed a king-size mattress, and I went in with one mattress in mind. I found one better suited to my needs within my budget. I also found a queen- size mattress for my daughter. Both have been delivered in one day, and they even hauled off my old mattresses! The delivery guys were great and courteous. I highly recommend Mattress Firm, especially the Blue Diamond location.

Bear the sleep expert was exceptionally awesome he was knowledgeable of all mattresses I asked about . It was a pleasure speaking to him . His customer service ethics are outstanding. He sold me every step of the way . He explained every detail from how long it will take for my new mattress to break in to all the polices about the mattress. He also is very welcoming never made me feel rushed Its good to see there is still kind people in the world . Keep up the amazing work Bear .. I high recommend going there for your mattresses. Also Spent 150 dollars for a mattress protector cover that i really didn’t want to spend but of course Bear explained how it would be a great asset to protecting my bed in the long run I also brought it to ., Thanks Bear You rock keep up the great work! P.s delivery is fast too went in on a Friday evening and Monday is the delivery.. Thank you .. Amber

I purchased my second mattress from this location and, again, had a positive experience. Scott, the associate who helped me, is professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He was upfront about prices and warranties. And he took the time to Understand what I needed. He made everything stress-free.
