This was my first time visiting Mattress Firm. I was assisted by Ryan and feeling a little anxious about such a large purchase. He was welcoming, informative, and presented all financing options. I ended up choosing the best of the best mattress with complete peace of mind. I highly recommend this store as there’s such an amazing variety to choose from!

I came to this store with my girlfriend and Ryan was our sleep expert. He explained to us the many differences between tempur-pedics and purple mattresses all the way down to the cheaper ones below $1000. We were able to try numerous mattresses with different adjustable bases. He wasn't pushy about us purchasing an expensive mattress, he was more into what was best for our needs. We explained our budget and Ryan was able to give us numerous options to choose from. I was very impressed with his knowledge and passion for his profession..a true gem indeed. Thank you for everything...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ryan as a sales associate!

This is a large showroom with several mattress options to choose from. The manager, Ryan, is always so helpful, patient, and friendly. He’s very knowledgeable about each brand and the materials being used to manufacture these products. I never feel like I’m being pressured into a sale. I will certainly be a returning customer.

Was pretty happy with the experience I had with Ryan. We walked in knowing what we wanted, patiently waited for him to finish with another customer. We told him the mattress we wanted, and also bought a mattress cover. When he asked if we want the delivery or pick up option, we asked if it was free. He said it was $99 and since I don’t have a vehicle to move a king size mattress, I felt like this was my only option. When I received my receipt, I saw that free delivery to the front door or garage is an option. While the $99 includes hauling my old mattress and the free doesn’t, we have bulk trash removal included in our trash bill, and could have had it done for free by them. I feel like Ryan kind of screwed us over. He didn’t even have to do any work.

Went to mattress firm today and made a purchase of one purple king and one queen mattresses. Luckily to have Natasha sleep expert to help with this purchase, she helped to find the item’s for what I liked most and assisted to ship at different addresses. I’m happy with the purchase

There’s not enough excellent things I can say about Mattress Firm. Their customer service is out of this world. I bought a Medium mattress from them last October and after 8-9 months, I realized that the mattress was too soft for me so I called and tracked down my sales person “Jose” and explained the situation to him. He without hesitation found me another mattress that was Extra Firm for a very low price. He even offered me a set of sheets for my inconvenience. The extraordinary thing that he did was that after his work, the same night he went and picked up his own father from his home and picked up the mattress from another store that was 30 minutes away, delivered the new mattress and took away the old mattress along with his father.I will never ever forget what Jose did for me and I believe he represents an decenthuman being and his customer service ability is over the top. I will always be grateful as to what this man did for me.I seriously recommend everyone to shop at mattress firm. This people are absolutely awesome.
