I cancelled my membership and was using up my points when I saw Lisa for my last massage. It was amazing! I never experienced a massage like that - ever! She showed me muscles that I never knew existed! Lisa made the difference for me to continue receiving the massage care that I need in order for my recovery to take place. She was truly caring and compassionate and made me to genuinely feel that I was most important to her. I was a clean slate for her to apply her wonderful healing touch. I made my mind up right there on the table that my health must be priority and having Lisa to help in my healing is a total blessing! Thank You Lisa! Thank You Massage Envy!

My tech was Sabrina. She was very professional and personable. If I just had to make a suggestion, it would be that she allows us to see our faces before we leave, in the light...

Great place, service just tough on scheduling... but that must be a good thing if they're booked often

I called two times to try buy a membership for my father, yet I couldn’t accomplish that. Since the first time we tried the lady working at the desk told us she was going to leave us on hold then hung up on us. Therefore, I called back and this time she put us on hold for 20 minutes before one again, hanging us up. Due to the terrible service of the place I wasn’t able to gift my father what I truly believe he would’ve enjoyed the most on Father’s Day and you have lost a future client in me for the future.

I've never been so humiliated in my entire life and will file a complaint with corporate as soon as I am done here. My wife was allowed to enter the room, lay on the table awaiting the massage, and then told by the therapist the massage was cancelled because it appeared "she was under the influence." This is ridiculous and she was treated really poorly. I'm going to contact anyone that will listen about this situation as this is completely unacceptable. This is being written for my wife as she is in tears at the moment. What is your standard for determining one is under the influence? Ridiculous treatment and you won't hear the end of this complaint. Stay tuned.

I just moved to Las Vegas from Park City Utah and I am very picky with my massage therapist and aesthetician! I had an hour massage and a facial. My aesthetician name was Nyra and let me tell you!!!! Her skill set is out the ball park!!!!! I loved every moment. I felt safe, it was clean, and I can’t wait to be back on the table. My massage therapist Eli was outstanding and very professional as well! Very relaxing and therapeutic.

If I could give this negative stars, I would. I want to start out by saying that I used to be a Massage Envy monthly member 5 years ago. I canceled that membership due to the fact that I could never find a person that stayed long enough. Staff would leave pretty regularly and I could not find a therapist that aligned with the style I preferred. They either talked too much during the massage, massaged too hard or too soft, and I became highly frustrated and felt like I was wasting my time and money. That was in 2017. This year, my son tried to be thoughtful and gave me a Mothers Day gift card to get a massage. I decided to try again and was hopeful that things had gotten better. They have not.On May 25, 2023, I had a massage booked with a person named Damien. When you walk in the front of the establishment, it looks like it is supposed to be a classy spa. This is a facade. I entered and updated my information on the ipad then asked to use the bathroom. As soon as I walked out, Damien was standing right in front of me and ushered me to the room. He mumbled "I tried to go to the front but you weren't there". It was awkward. In fact, he was awkward the entire time. He was dressed in what I would consider a basketball/sprts outfit. He had basketball shorts and a black t-shirt like he was about to go shoot hoops. I understand that massaging is a physical activity, but he should be dressed better. I even doubted for a second that he actually worked there. He spent a few minutes looking at the ipad and looking at my preferences. He didn't say much.During the massage, he kept jerking the table around with the way he adjusted the sheets and towels. It was like he was roughly making a bed. I literally thought I would fall off the table at several points. He adjusted the sheets so many times that I swear if you added up the times, it would equal at least 10 -15 minutes. It's like he didn't know what to do and kept pulling them down. I know this is important for privacy, but it was awkward and weird. I requested firm pressure. He asked me 2 times if the pressure was okay. And it was for the most part; but he was clumsy. When he went to put his hands under me, he sort of punched me because he was so rough. It was like I was just a rag doll and he was throwing it around. It was not relaxing in the least. At one point I almost got up and left. I was so uncomfortable. I felt beat up after.I don't mean to sound rude, but he had some sort of breathing issue going on, too, which was super gross. I could hear him snorting and clearing his throat the whole time. I get that people have allergies but he was breathing so heavily, like Darth Vader, the whole time. It was disgusting and I hated it.At the end, he said, "Okay, you're done" and told me to take my time to leave. When I opened the door, I stood there for about 30 seconds. Usually, I've been greeted with a cup of water, or a goodbye, but he had run away and was nowhere to be found, which I'm actually about so I didn't have to see him again. I have been to a variety of spas and massage places around town and I can say this was one of the worst experiences of my life. My body actually hurt last night and today from the abrupt jerking around and whatever he did that he claimed was a massage. I am so disappointed and had to share my negative experience because I truly believe that Damien should not be a massage therapist.

Extremely extremely disappointed with how I was treated today when I called in to renew my debit card. I have been a member of massage envy now for over 10 years maybe longer. Anytime I've had to change my debit card for whatever reason, lost, stolen expired and a payment is missed I call update my card or I've come in to give them my information. Today I was told that my account was closed and sent to collections! Wtf! Last time I was there in February I updated all my credit card information and was in good standing. I would also never jeapordize my credit by not paying a $60 a month membership. Worst of all was the attitude of the girl on the phone, not sure who she is but you need better customer service! She pretty much let me know that there is nothing they can do, that I have to wait to hear from their district manager sarah since my account is now is collections. I never once received a call, letter or email from any collection agency I told the girl on the phone and she pretty much accused me of lying about this since the email address she had on file is correct! She pretty much said there nothing we can do. So a few minutes later she calls me back after she spoke with sarah and related the message that there is nothing that she can do once it's in collections!!! Wtf. They can even have the decency to call me back and let me get this straightened out?!?!? What kinda business does that!!! I don't have the collection agency number because no one has ever reached out to me via email, calls, voicemails nothing!! I've never knew of this till today. So that's it my credit will take a hit and there's nothing I can do about about because no one can even give me the collection agency's number. Worst of all on top of this hitting my credit unless I can get it handled before is I had about 6-7 credits that I hadn't used so I'm losing all that money in credit with them I had accumulated. This is BS and extremely terrible way to handle customer accounts.

I'm in love with Christina. She gets booked super fast because she's that good. I was going to her weekly because I was in excruciating pain but now I'm able to go monthly. The service at the front desk is super friendly. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is maintained. The only thing I don't like is the water cooler.

I had the best massage ever at Message Envy, in Centennial Hills! Brian performed my massage and it was absolutely delightful! I really appreciated that he was very attentive and checked in with me to ensure the pressure was right and I was comfortable. Ebony at the front desk was fabulous, very accommodating, and I really enjoyed the conversation I had with her. I can't wait to get a membership! Thank you Brian and Ebony!

One star only because my masseuse is great but my experience was very very poor with everything else. I pay my membership for a year. I never missed a payment. I started the process of buying a house so I wanted to reduce my expenses so I asked if I could get out of he membership and they said no and that I had to wait until the full year and I said ok, no problem and gladly continue paying for it without any problem. That was not the bad part.I happily used almost all my credit until my last one. Please keep in mind this is a credit I had already paid for, due to my membership. I made my last appointment and they called me to cancel due to the therapist couldn't make it because she was sick and that I could call to reschedule. I was ok, no problem..(I'm a very patient person) I go back to reschedule and they couldn't find me under my phone number. I was puzzled because I had been with them for a whole year using that phone to book all my appointments for a whole year. I still had messages in my inbox from them. -When she finally found me by my name and address she recited the wrong number again and said this is the number we have on file for you. I said, I don't know who's number that is. I asked, could someone maybe changed it by mistake and she said, "it could be". -Did not apologize or anything.I asked if I could reschedule as they had suggested on their voicemail when they cancelled me, She said you can't because your credit is expired. I said, you guys cancelled on me because the therapist was out sick so I should be able to reschedule. She said, no because if I do that for you I would have to do that for everyone else and we wouldn't make any money. (Wow..) I couldn't believe what I was hearing. she said, also you should've called and booked somewhere else/another location. (Wow..)(Let me remind you this is for a payment I already made which they cancelled on me because the therapist was out sick so they already got my money so they wouldn't be losing money on me. I was very shocked on how it was handled. It gets worst, I kindly said, can I please speak to the manager and she said, "I am the manger. If you want to schedule it would be $162.00 (something like that). (It was like one of those comedy movies) this case a horror movie. I'm very calm person person so at that point I was like. It's ok, no worries, it fine and I walked out. I feel bad because it seems the training for this people is very subpar.. They probably get thrown out there to sink or swim.. My therapist was nice and most receptionists were nice but I can tell when a gray area/problem solving situation arises they panic and don't know how to solve it tactfully at all... -SPECIALLY the "manager"... I would've felt better if she said, I am so sorry or my apologies but NOTHING no apologies at all.. I mean, after all, I paid them a membership for a whole year and I upgraded my services a lot of times AND I'm a very good tipper. I left that place feeling stressed and with a horrible feeling... This place should be the epitome of peace, zen, happiness and calmness but besides my horrible experience, I read the reviews and it's the opposite.. It's very very sad. If you are the owner and you are reading this I think you should do something to help your employees in the level of service, if not for me for your future customers.I wish you the best,
