If I could give this location 0 stars I would do so graciously. As not only a former customer, but a former employee, this is one of the worst experiences I’ve had at an establishment like this one. The Front Desk Associates and Therapist can be great, but the cleanliness, culture, and simple respect for others is not there. They have been accused of stealing tips, falsifying information, and I was also physically assaulted by the Director of operations, Sarah. Upper management has no care or concern for clients or even employees. It’s unfortunate that in such a nice area, we have such a nasty location where you would think it’s a place you come to for the exact opposite of that. I definitely would not be spending my money here.

Terrible massage and arrogant customer service by management. The staff on TWO separate occasions quoted incorrect pricing, only to disclose a MUCH higher amount AFTER the massage is done!! Ridiculous pricing for these incompetent masseuse! My wife’s massage was so bad the masseuse like she’s just scratching her back. My wife told her to increase pressure and no difference. The masseuse couldn’t even time her session that she never even massaged one of my wife’s leg. All management said was she should have walked up and stopped the session and left if it was that bad. Management wouldn’t do anything about the deceitful misinformation or the terrible massage. For $120, why anyone would go to Massage Envy is a mystery to me. There are plenty of more competent, talented, and real massage therapists out there for $80-$100 an hour. Stay away from this place, unless you like being scammed! Terrible business run by arrogant management.

Very disappointed with reception. Had an appointment for a massage today—-came in and the masseuse told me could not perform deep tissue due to an injury, which they saw I prefer on my profile. Said I understood, no problem—-would rebook. I was upset by the fact that reception was told to call all of the masseuse appointments that morning to make sure they were okay not getting a deep tissue massage.I DO NOT have a problem with the masseuse at all, totally understandable. I have an issue with the receptionist. I walked out and told the receptionist what happened…she said that I was not called or informed because she did not know I wanted a deep tissue massage. (Why would she know…because she never called, even though my profile says I prefer deep tissue). No apology, and was told to move the conversation on because we were not getting anywhere. She did not want to hear any complaints. Very frustrating after waiting for this appointment.Next time, please just apologize—-that’s all I was looking for. To be heard and acknowledged.

I had purchased my dad a massage for his birthday last week and upon picking him up he had informed us that it was probably one of the worst, most unprofessional establishments he had ever been to in his life. said he could hear laughing and talking in the waiting room and even again while he was ok the table getting his massage. Talk about relaxing. stay as far away from this place as you can and go to massage one instead. better management, better therapists, for a more reasonable price. ?????

I can't believe how completely unprofessional this facility is. From the front staff all the way to management. I have discontinued going there due to the lack of professionalism and not taking no for an answer. If anyone does go there consider yourself warned.

I just moved to Las Vegas from Park City Utah and I am very picky with my massage therapist and aesthetician! I had an hour massage and a facial. My aesthetician name was Nyra and let me tell you!!!! Her skill set is out the ball park!!!!! I loved every moment. I felt safe, it was clean, and I can't wait to be back on the table. My massage therapist Eli was outstanding and very professional as well! Very relaxing and therapeutic.

I came in recently to have a facial done by Nyra, let me repeat the name for all the newbies: NYRA!! She is awesome! Not only was she professional, but she was the best facial I have ever had in my life! Please run, do not walk, to Massage Envy to see Nyra. She can do any kind of skin, and work with any kind of conditions. Thanks again to the ME team, and to Nyra. I will be back!!

i recently had two facials with nyra and i am extremely impressed with her expertise!! :-) she was knowledgeable about every step of the facial process and she recommended and used the perfect products for my skin type. the facial felt really relaxing and rejuvenating! she left my skin feeling soft, moisturized, and glowing afterwards. i highly recommend nyra for anyone looking for a skilled and experienced esthetician who truly cares about her clients' skin!!

I went there today for a gift to myself for Mother's Day. I was given a gift certificate so decided it was a good opportunity to use it. I went to the wrong location so they directed me how to get to this one. I arrived 5 minutes late, then had to complete the check in process, and then wait a minute before I was greeted and brought back. The massage did not start until almost 11:15, I paid for a 60 minute massage, and it was over at 11:51. The pressure was way too firm even though I specified medium. The massage therapist was not personable, didn't stick around to tell me anything about the condition of my back and neck (focus areas). I also paid for an add-on foot scrub massage which was mediocre and also rushed. Overall disappointed and won't be back.

Run! Don't walk to another location.Massage Envy is the first franchise spa that I applied for. On my very first day. I was taken back because of the unprofessionalism and uncleanliness at the establishment. I worked there for six shifts and on my first shift I was told that we needed a new mop head because it was so dirty that it was stinking the entire store up. That mop head was still not ordered by the time I left. The staff working here is very young and inexperienced when it comes to customer service. A client was waiting to speak to the general manager and everyone made her wait there for over an hour. When the client approached me and i went straight to the general manager, the general manager was too good to get up. She hid in the back office and said that the director of retail knows what's going on. "She can handle it." We then waited for another 25 minutes while the director of retail was staring at the client, but acting as if she had no idea what the issue was. When the client left, the general manager came out of the office and started saying that the client was a liar...If there was a misunderstanding then why couldn't she come out and address it head on?Overall, I was very uncomfortable with the immaturity at Massage Envy. If this is how they treat their staff, then the clients are not getting the best experience that they can.
