The massage therapist are great especially Thomas and Kenneth. But the customer service is horrible. I am a monthly member who decided to try out this location. I called the day before to schedule a massage. A few hours later, an associate called me at work and told me that Thomas only schedules 90 minute massages (I had a 60 minute scheduled). I tried to switch to someone else, but they recommended that I just add a 30 minute stretch. I said okay, but forgot to add it to my planner. The next day, I was called 10 minutes after the "new" appointment time and told them I was 5-10 minutes away. When I arrived and signed in, I was told to have a seat (missing the last 15 minutes of my stretch Appointment). Thomas came out at exactly 8 pm and performed a "60 minute" massage. The next month, I returned back to my original location. A few months later, as I reviewed my account online I noticed that I was charged for 3 appointments. Two at 7:30 pm and one at 8:00 pm. I was so surprised. When I called to have it rectified, nothing was done. I was ripped off and didn't realize because I was a monthly member.

It is a horrible location with horrible customer service. I showed up for my message, but I did not feel comfortable with the masseuse they gave me, massaging me for an hour. I requested a different masseuse; they told me they had no one available. I said to them that's fine. I want to reschedule for a later date. They told me that since it was a same-day cancelation, I would lose half an hour of my massage. I'm standing at the front desk; how did I miss my appointment? If someone does not feel comfortable with a masseuse when the intent of getting a massage is to relax. How would I be relaxing during this whole process? Make it make sense. Worst customer service.

My massage was great, but the music is literally the worse I've ever heard in a massage! It's been bad for at least the past year and I keep going back thinking surely it will get better! It literally takes away from the experience. I have been to many spas over the years and I know that massage envy is just a quick massage and I'm not expecting 5 star, but I can't understand how the people working there can stand the music. It isn't relaxing at all! It is distracting and as I mentioned before it takes away from the whole experience!

After months of looking for an exceptional massage therapist, I found Steph at the centennial hills massage envy off Durango. After a few sessions, I was convinced to get my membership solely because of her. I've had chronic pain for the past few years and have not been able to find the right therapist that can help me work through the pain. It's been quite some time already that I've been seeing Steph and she does have the healing hands. My pain has drastically reduced and now I can enjoy more activities that before I was limited to. My flexibility improved and now I can enjoy a massage again without pain. She listens to your concerns, listens to how your body responds and finds different ways to target the pain. She always looks for different studies and info that can help her make long term effect. Thanks Steph!

I came in about a week ago and have been trying to shrug it off as fine but I feel like it would be wrong of me to not give my feedback. I went in while 35 weeks pregnant and having been told there was a pregnancy pillow, I book a 90 minute massage hoping to relax and rid some of the aches and pains I am experiencing. When I arrived, I was told that the pillow would be too snug for how far along I was so we proceeded to do a side-lying massage. My Therapist talked the whole time and did not help me feel relaxed while she used harsh sware words in her conversation and talked extremely unprofessionally. I understand that some people enjoy talking during their massage but I was really wanting to relax and the therapist kept asking me questions and talking about her personal life. I was unimpressed and will not be returning to this masseuse. I have heard good things about this location but my personal experience was not up to par.

I have been regularly seeing Nicole for my skin care services. I can't say enough good things about her. Besides being very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions about skin care, she's very friendly and engaging, making my treatment time something I look forward to. I am older and she has been able to recommend fantastic products and services that make me feel confident about how I face the world. If you are considering skin care services at this, Massage Envy please request Nicole. You won't be sorry!

I work in the same area as this location and one day decided to go in and ask about the pricing and services. When I came in I was greated very kindly by Sophia. She took the time to explain any pricing and the membership to me. I had asked a lot of questions and she was able to provide me with any information and also gave me a brochure so I had a physical look at what she was telling me. Even though I did not join the membership and decided to wait Sophia was very kind and treated me great! We definitely need more employees like her! Willing to help out customers in a respectful and helpful manner!

The facility was nice. I liked that they brought the customers waiting to receive any services to another waiting room that has low light and serene environment. It was a nice touch. The front office staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome immediately. I loved my massage. Lisa was so personable and did a wonderful job getting my neck and shoulders to relax. It felt so great to be able to turn my head again! Bonus: My family and I are new to Las Vegas and Lisa was able to recommend some great outdoor activities for our family that were off of the Strip.

I just had the most amazing facial from Bailey ! She was so very professional, friendly and met all of my needs. I came in with a headache and she went above and beyond to help alleviate my pain. I have had many facials before and this was by far one of the best. Do yourself a favor and book your next appointment with Bailey! She's amazing!

This place has been my go-to place for a few years now. Today I just spent $137 PLUS tip for an extended (2 hour) massage. My massage therapist was EXCELLENT, and she is not the reason for this razing review. When my massage started, the room temperature was nice. Probably a moderate 72-74 degrees. However, about 30 minutes into the massage, someone in the front office decided to cool the place off. By the time my massage was over, I had the table heater on, and was covered in blankets...yet I was freezing...I can't move my fingers kind of freezing. WTH people. You're basically a SPA and you should be 100% aware of the temperature of the rooms there. You should make me comfortable and adjust the temperature for me and other paying customers, not for you sitting in the front office facing the sun and 40' of windows...get a fan if you're warm. When I left, I mentioned it on the way out and got a casual "yeah, it's cold". No apology. No offer of compensation. I mentioned that it was a "very uncomfortable massage". The gal I spoke to didn't seem to care. All in all, I spent $197 for a two hour massage and was miserable for more than half the time. 2 stars today and ONLY because I have an excellent therapist.

Horrible customer service at this location. My aesthetician was great. That was not the issue. When I booked an appointment to have a chemical treatment. It stated that you got a complimentary 3 to 5 day kit. When I finished my appointment they wanted to charge me $40 for the kit. They stated that they are working on the website and they are a franchise and their kits cost $40. I pay for a membership $70 a month and I used two credits which makes it $140 when the service for a regular customer cost $130 so I'm already paying $10 more. Being a loyal client, they should honor or let clients know prior to the treatment. The kit is $40. Not good customer service.
