This chain (not singling out this location only) continues to go downhill. I’ve continued to randomly give it a chance over the years in hopes to get a decent provider but there no quality assurance and the experience keeps getting worse. I leave frustrated versus relaxed.

Zero star. I dont usually write negative reviews but this one is an exception. This is the biggest regret in my life for signing up for the membership at ME and wasted money. The massage really sucks, service sucks and they made it impossible to cancel. They always tell you that the manager will call but they never did. Booking a massage online was a nightmare, always full, and when i was able to book online, i was told that it wasnt on their system n they couldnt see the booking, they said bcs ii had duplicate profiles from years ago n they gona fix it and call me but they never did. On the day i cancelled, they still charge me for the membership that month. I will never do business with Massage Envy anywhere, ever.

Jacob was great and listened to where my problem area was, and the massage was very nice. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and had a great demeanor. Overall it was a great visit.

I got a great service froma therapist at this location her name was Ondrell. I like that she recognized my tolerance for pressure and adjusted her technique based on my comfort without me having to ask. We all want a great experience and deserve great service. I recommend her if you needs some tension relief and she was able to male me feel comfortable. This business is not just hands on it helps when they can make you feel comfortable and welcomed.

Been a Member with this location for over 3 years and today they have lost ? my business. Alexis the so called manager I guess was very rude and not helpful at all. Usually a business that deals with customers and good customer service will try to accommodate their loyal customers but this is it for me and massage envy. I even had other people join and I was about to bring them more people but after what I experienced today they will be going to a real spa. I’m a firm believer in good service. Alexis showed me that she does not care about that, only about rules and money. So good luck to whoever joins, read the fine print! These are individual owned places so they can act however they please

I have had an account with them for years.They are like franchised, so each 1 is a little different. This location, Rockside, I think, is by far the best!Always professional staff. Super clean and welcoming. They tailor every service to your specific needs. I feel like a super rich person when I step in the door because they make me feel that special to them.The couples room is amazing and so nice to have as most massage places do not have this option.I don't even live in Las Vegas anymore but when I visit town for a week. I get 3 services at this location only.Very worth the membership!!!Thank you for being a #1 top tier company and this store should be the example for all the rest!!

Do not get membership or go to lake mead really bad customer service. I have been calling trying to set up appt for a month they're always booked I now have credits and 1st time I'm canceling due to being sick and leader Adriana who didnt tried to be helpful or find me a solution. says I'm going to get charge regardless 50% . I tried to cancel on their website last night but couldn't either error they need to fix their app & get better management.

Erin is a great masseuse. She did a great job. But the people in front didn't honor them price they told me on the phone of $70 for the 60 min and charged me $120 because im not a member and didn't want to become one. When their policy say if someone havent been there in the past 5 or 6 mouths, is like a first timer and the first time is $70

. This location has gone down hill and fast. I signed up for a membership in 2021, and since then they have lost A LOT of staff, massage therapists and aestheticians. Probably due to the front desk staff because they are horrible! They turn over staff like pancakes at this location. Even the person that retired from a great job stated that she came to work there because she just wanted an easy job, she just recently left, the signs speak for themselves. I'm sure it's due to the pay as well because I've heard ALL of them complain about that to some point as well. Each therapist I speak to about the front desk says that the only reason they keep their customers is because their customers love them, but hate the service they receive by phone or in person from the front desk staff. THEY ALL NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING and probably a freakin massage themselves to calm tf down because they all seem to hate their jobs, and weren't trained in customer service or even what it means. One example, I called and asked a question about why the staff didn't pull my credit early when I was there like I had asked instead of charging my card again, the girl didn't feel she was understanding my question, so she puts her manager on (smart), the mgr. Alexis gets on then blames me for not wearing the right clothes for my stretch appt. (wtf does that have to do with pulling my credit)... I've never scheduled a stretch appt. before how would I know what to wear . When I got there I had to wait for the therapist, someone could have educated me then about the clothing because I sat in the front waiting area, and they all saw me. Even the therapist had to come out and tell them they should start making sure people have the right clothes on because it's a waste of his time and the customer's. Luckily the Therapist Robert is the best and still gave me some stretching off the table and massaged my back for the time so that it wouldn't be a complete loss. Back to the story: so this manager instead of listening to my actual question, chose to totally deflect in order to find blame in me, the paying customer!... aka manipulative b******** Wouldn't it have been great if customer service skills were used at that very moment to see that I had never been stretched there before and provide recommendations on clothing . How freaking hard would that have been?! She never did answer my damn question about charging me twice and not pulling my credit while I was there. But it's easier to blame the paying customer who is now cancelling their membership by the end of the year...an only waiting until that time because I have 3 more appts with another therapist at my new location. Sorry Robert, they made you lose a great tipping customer. I could tell you all the horror stories I've had this location over the last 6 mos. since they've been going down the toilet, but it would make this post incredibly longer than it is, that's how bad it's gotten. I moved further away from this location and have ONLY still been going to this location because of how great Robert is, but I've found another therapist who's just as good at another location where their front desk staff treats you like a paying customer and believes the old adage, "the customer is always right", so I'll be going there until it's just time to cut ties with ME all together because until the corp. decides to pay people better it'll just be more of the same at most of these locations unfortunately. I've experienced about 5 ME's in Las Vegas and chose Rock Springs out of all of them last year. The ones I went to honestly all have bad customer service, girls with tudes that don't greet you, smile, help you with your account. properly, managers that don't GAF (it's like the wild Wild West), but Rock Springs has truly crossed the line.
