Ester was the kindest, communication was great! She explained and would ask various questions. I was super impressed with her.Massage envy now charges for every little thing!!! IMO 2 STARS OF MY 3 STAR RATING SHOULD BE REMOVED DUE TO charge for music to relax, charge for essential oils to relax omg! This is massage 101, and you don't include 10$ to have it and other various things. Nickel amd dime you to death! Needless to say .The waiting area they take you to , dirty, dusty amd of course no music or aroma therapy essential oils " to the Relax area".!!!!!!This was a gift card and I have to say. Poorly made decisions decided by management! . Go to China town or other company besides here. I received a reply , that I should contact the franchise owner. The reply shows ME ( massage envy) why would they think I have the owner info, its their brand name. Smh. So sad

Spoke with Alexia, several times tonight in a but of Several crises tonight and is one of the most understanding and Caring person I've encountered in my 16 years of customer service.This location continues to go above and beyond continuously.

Even after getting the generic response about reaching out to the specific franchise, unfortunately doesn't seem like this company really cares about addressing concerning feedback they receive. Still haven't heard back from anyone even after contacting the franchise location.

I would not recommend this specific Massage Envy in Boca Park. My second time to come to this location I had the worst experience. My therapist was awful. I couldn't enjoy the massage. I left there stressed out because of the awful service. I told the front desk my experience and all they said is that they will put on my file not to book me with this therapist. I had no manager call me to follow up with my complaint or give me a credit for the bad service. They charged me for a service that's horrible. DO NOT go there because they will still charge you for a bad service

Horrible customer service! Never again. I called to speak with a manager and supposedly got the "general manager" at your Boca Park location. Extremely rude and unreasonable. Said I couldn't speak with her boss because he doesn't "call people". I have been treated horribly and I have been a very loyal customer. It began when I lost my debit card funds were not pulled from my account. I actually have a "70$ credit" that I was told could not be applied to my balance, which would have brought it current until I paid an additional $70. I have been yelled at and hung up on! Its really is not about the money. That's not an issue. It's principal at this point. I can't believe a loyal customer like myself, would ever e treated the way I have been treated. The phone call I just made has caused me so much stress and you guys are supposed to be a place of peace and tranquility. I am ashamed to say I was even a member of this particular establishment. I have gone to other ME and have been treated with kindness and respect. I am also a business owner and I would NEVER treat my customers, how I have been treated. I do plan on contacting the BBB as I have tried on several occasions to resolve this matter to no avail. The "general manager" is a joke and I really don't believe that's who I was speaking with. I will NEVER return to this establishment or refer anyone again.

Member for 2 years. Although I could never get a massage at this location as the therapists either stank figuratively, or literally. I'm month to month and now, when I can't pay the $70 bill that was charged yesterday and want to cancel, they say I have to bring my account current to do so. Like current for yesterday's charge for which I have not received any services. So not only have they lost my future business at this location, but they've lost it at all of their locations. NJ boca park, solid customer service.

Total scammers I have a 5 1/2 points to redeem which is 5 1/2 hours of massage since my account was suspended in March they want me to pay for 7 month to redeem the points that I fully paid ( I was traveling abroad ) they don’t let me even use the points that I fully paid for when you call and speak to one person they give you a complete different information then another, just spoke to the manager which was very rude , In any case setting up any appointment is an impossible mission they are fully booked further down weeks. Stay away from this place!

After today’s appointment, I do not plan to return to this location anymore. I have never ran into a situation where I wanted to literally walk out of my session. The therapist I had was falling asleep during my massage!! At first when I noticed the pressure was getting really light, I didn’t think anything of it until I opened my eyes and the therapist was LEGIT SLEEPING!!! I have never been in this type of situation and I did not feel comfortable at all saying anything to the therapist because I didn’t want him to retaliate or anything. After the session was over, I immediately got dressed and went to the front to ask for a manager. Mind you, at this point I was quite upset and felt like I had more tension/aches then feeling relieved as one would feel after a massage. When I asked to speak to the manager, I explained what happened, even mentioned that I don’t know if there is anything going on personally with the therapist but I did not feel I should pay for my session at all. She was apologetic but made me feel bad for even saying anything because she said “you know you could have asked to end the session early if you were not satisfied.” I explained to her that I’ve never had this issue or been in a position like this before and I again, did not feel comfortable at all saying anything directly to the therapist. The manager then said she needed to get a “second opinion” and talk to the other manager…. WHAT?!? After she came back from getting the “second opinion” she said the best they could do was comp 30 mins because I did not end the session early and that customers are able to request to end/cancel sessions early. In the end, I honestly don’t feel that compensation was fair being that I’ve always paid my monthly membership fees even after they’ve raised it a few times and have been a long time loyal customer of theirs. I left the location SUPER unhappy/upset.I also wish that Massage Envy created a rating system for their therapists on their mobile app so customers can easily book the therapists that are good at what they do. Also gives the company insight to their best therapists to allow them to retain the good ones.

After the manager heard what happened, she called me and did everything she could to make me want to stick around and give this location another chance. Unfortunately she couldn't do anything about the last minute cancellation but she called other shops nearby to get me in as soon as possible. She also helped me pick a few future appts at her location. Manager def had A+ customer service. Thank you!

I unfortunately I did not read the review about this Massage Envy before booking an appointment. As several people stated THIS LOCATION DOES NOT KEEP THEIR APPOINTMENTS. Now before you say I’m being unreasonable because things happen let me explain. I fully understand that things happen and when they do the party who could not fulfill their commitment should do what they can to make it right. I was offered a later massage that did not fit my schedule. Then I was told I needed to find another location to fulfill the commitment. When asked if they could call and get that down they said they don’t have access to other store’s calendar. Guess what neither do I. I simply wanted them to accommodate and call to do what they asked of me. When members cancel within 24 hrs they are charged half the session. I expected the same for my inconvenience. I reached out to the Buckhead location where I am a member to ask for assistance and was told they have no control over other locations. I understand that but I simply wanted someone to understand that MASSAGE ENVY BOCA did not come close to trying to make me feel good about my experience today. MASAGE ENVY BUCKHEAD did not care because it did not happen within their location. I WILL BE CANCELLING MY MEMBERSHIP WHERE IVE BEEN A MEMBER For more than 10 years.

I had booked my father a massage as a gift for Father's Day, I admit he was a couple minutes late. When arriving they have you fill paperwork taking another 15min. Once my father completed the paperwork he was taken to his room the gentlemen named Cameron with a very rude attitude not even greeting my father just straight up telling him he had only 34 mins left of his message time, my father told him but we paid for an hour and the gentlemen very rudely said "you were late, just take ur clothes off face down on the table" He left the room to let my father to change and came back 5 mins later and asked you ready and my father said yes and the man said "but if you keep an attitude I won't massage you", my father then told him "I'm not the one with the attitude it's you not me" and very rudely he told him "that's it im not massaging you, put your clothes back on" imagine going to a place to get some peace and be relaxed to get humiliated like that and feel discriminated. I don't think it's fair, they should really put a much friendlier staff or people that can actually act with some human decency, or not have such short tempers. If I could rate them a zero I would.

If I could rate the Boca Park location a zero I would! My husband surprised me with a massage for our marriage anniversary yesterday. My experience was horrible! I am now in EXCRUCIATING PAIN !!!!!! My appointment was for 2:00pm... I can admit that I arrived a couple minutes late (around 2:05pm). After completing paperwork and undressing; my massage started around 2:15. During the check in they asked what areas I wanted to focus on... so I told them that I have a lot of pain in my back, neck and arms. Well this was supposed to be a full body massage... however, I did NOT get a full body massage! The therapist only touched my back, neck and arms. This may have been a blessing in disguise.. since the areas he did massage are killing me now! The receptionist had me complete a form stating what areas to avoid... which I noted that my buttocks were off limits. This massage did not meet my expectations at all... it was by far the worst massage I have ever had! I cannot turn or bend my neck, my right shoulder hurts extremely bad! I've taken Tylenol, muscle relaxers and my prescription opioids and nothing has alleviated the pain. I'm am going to call my doctor tomorrow. To add insult to injury the therapist ended my massage early around 2:50 I warn everyone to stay away from this place! They literally ruined my anniversary because I was in too much pain to celebrate as we planned.

This place is horrible. We made an appt for couples massage and then in the morning next day had to cancel. The manager was really mean and tried to tell me that they were going to charge me half because we cancelled too late. I was like wow why wasn’t I informed of this policy when I booked. She was like well we normally do. I was like well why wasn’t I. So they made a mistake and I have to pay for it? Tay the person working there is horrible. I truly think this is so wrong. We gave them plenty of time to book something else. It’s not right and I want my money back.Very bad customer service.

Do not patronize this location. I'm a "member", paying $65/month; I've made 3 separate appointments and they have ALL been cancelled by Massage Envy. I've been a member for 6 months, and have yet to be able to take advantage of any of the perks that supposedly go with membership. I might be able to write a positive review if I were ever to get them to keep an appointment THEY called me to make.
