This place needs a manager! So un- professional!! They answered the phone, left me on hold for 20mins, listening to store conversations, while on hold. Such vulgar language. I will take my business elsewhere.

The teller was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She is ruining the business and fostering all the negative stereotypes. She needs to go back to school and learn customer service.she just ruined my morning with her loud mouth.

First time going there. My daughter said it's one of best spots for food. For me it was okay. I got the fish plate dinner with rice and beans & scallops potatoes, plus a small peach cobbler. Beans and rice were a bit undone, fish and scallops potatoes were seasoned well but more to the cold side instead of warm or hot temperature. Peach cobbler was ok. Food portions is great and employees were fast and friendly. Food display was presentable.

The food was TERRIBLE the greens was hard and dry no seasoning , the Mac n cheese was bland no seasoning , the fish had hella bones in it also no seasoning I won’t be back oh yea and that peach cobbler tasted like a pop tart and almost broke my tooth !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was so excited to eat their food. I even brought new comers with me. This was my first time going since the location change in the same plaza. A lot has changed. I ordered the fish dinner with double greens, and side of fried okra. The greens were amazing as I remember. However the okra was soggy, and the catfish fillets were rubbery. One of the three fillets had an ammonia smell. I felt bad for taking anyone there. ?

I come here my order is always mixed up with the car ahead…. Today I asked for catfish Steaks and got a box full of fillet this has happened four times and this is unacceptable. I called and asked to speak to management which they hung up and said that Mario is not available.
