Amanda was great! She was very helpful and provided me with many bag options once I told her what type I was looking for. Very kind and gave honest feedback about bags around the store.

ANGEL was such a great example of what customer service should look like. He is extremely attentive without making you feel pressured to find something you like. He even went as far as to tell me to put the display bag back and that he'd grab me all new items from the back. That means a lot to me. As for the rest of the employees they were absolutely sweet and hard workers. But I'm going to take my hat off to ANGEL. I look forward to seeing him every time I shop at Marc Jacob's because he truly does make my experience better ! Thank you angel

I bought a purse to be shipped to my home on the East coast when I was there a month ago and still have not received it. I spoke to an associate the first time I called and was told the manager was out of town and he will give me a call back when he return on Monday. It’s Thursday and I still have not heard from the manager and when I call no one picks up the phone! It’s been a whole month and still no purse!

Good prices, staff was very attentive to what she was looking for. Selection was a little low but she was happy with her Selection at the end. Staff helps you out good experience.

As a past mystery shopper, they get a failing grade for customer service. I wasn't greeted despite the empty store and staff facing the front door and making eye contact with me. Made for a very unwelcoming atmosphere.

I was told to put my drink at the front when I entered the store. The sales associate through away my beverage while I shopped...They were the only store in the outlets that had a problem with drinks.

Associate did not allowed me to enter the store because I didn't have a mask even when there were customers inside the store with out a mask , good luck selling something, very disappointed

I was hesitant to stop by Marc Jacobs outlet but a friend recommended we stop in to visit. The store is well lit and lively. The stuff is from past seasons not made for the outlet. I was so happy to meet store associate Felipe from my past and he was very helpful and catered to my needs.
