I gave them 4 for effort. “European” is a bit of a stretch for that little store. It’s 90% Bulgarian so if u the expecting European products it’s not it. It has small selection of non USA grains and teas. Meat and cheese looked ok, nothing special.its very small. There are better markets. Expect to read in their language bcz there is no translation. Prices are very reasonable and staff friendly ?

Interesting store with interesting products from the countries in EU. Turkish candy, Bulgarian rose, Germany hand cream. The price is good, the cream I bought is half the price on AMZ, same product!

Enormous amounts of the merchandise being sold in this store are past their expiration date. I found 4 out of 21 different items I bought to be way past their expiration date. Months past expiration. How is it possible for a place like this to be still in business? I feel like I’ve thrown my money to the trash by being their customer.

The manager of the place is extremely rude. He lacks any customer service skills. A good morning and a smile will help with repeat business. He makes me feel that I owe him something every time I go. I like some of the items there, but because of the lack of customer appreciation, I avoid it.

Rude staff- demands to have a certain amount of purchase to pay with your preferred method of payment. The only thing that’s good at this place is the selection of European products but you can find those at the Euro market or other stores with better customer service and for cheaper!

This place has a great selection of goods that you can’t really find easily in the area, but some things are definitely on the pricier side (understandably). I’m Turkish, and there is a reasonable selection of Turkish items here, which is great! However, as many other reviews have said, the gentleman at the register is somewhat rude at times and definitely does not want to be there. If you’re Eastern European and/or looking for groceries from that region, though, this is definitely a good spot to visit.

Read some reviews and was surprised to hear there is zero customer service. I went anyways because I was looking for 2 specific items that they might carry. The woman that works there in the front as you walk in completely ignored me when I said GOOD MORNING. She needs to work in the back of the store where she does not come in contact with the public. My Lord, I will never go again.

Cool place, especially for someone that doesn’t know much about their culture however, staff are very rude. Old man giving off weird stares, I mean to the point to where it was uncomfortable to be there. Pretty much no one talked, even when saying “good bye” or “thank you”. Absolutely horrible customer service and won’t be going back there….
