Awful awful awful,can't print labels correctly causing carriers to return to you, over priced boxes,incapable and uneducated workers cherry on top super rude steer clearUse pirate ship remove the human element cause they can't do it right anywhere especially here was the WORST should have known something was fishy when I walked in and it was taking 3 workers to help every 1 customer

I've been a 1stop customer for over a year. I've never received better customer service from any business especially a postal service. I always have a few questions about packages and services offered. Not only are my inquiries fully explained they're always offered at the best prices for the quality of service all while being polite, friendly and patient. That's a tall order for a busy store! I've recommended this store to all of my family and friends. 1stop mail and print center really is your 1 stop shop for all things mail, print and notary while also offering a wide variety of services, specialty boxes and sizes for all of your shipping and packing needs, exceptionally clean and organized with care and attention to detail. My favorite small business who takes the extra mile to provide you with personalized service!

They Went Above and Beyond!I had many documents that needed to be notarized and the requirements were rather overwhelming. I wish I had asked for the name of the woman who helped me out because she provided exemplary customer service! She even went so far as to find two witnesses as was required to sign in specific places. They didn't rush me at all and were very accommodating and kind! I will return here for my mailing, printing, and notary needs!

Poor customer service, doesn't matter what time of day you go into the location. The middle aged lady who is always at the front helping customers is the owner. When you walk in if she is working on a package she will let you just stand there instead of helping you out and then returning to her package. Poor Poor Customer Service! Place is horrible and each time I give it a chance it gets worse.

I recieved excellent help from Ann this afternoon, she was very patient and helped me every step of the way preparing my paperwork to be mailed. This is now my go to place for mailing documents ??. Thanks Ann your awesome!

Fantastic print center, Notary was fast and they are all about customer service. Soon as you walk in they are acknowledging you, unlike UPS or Fedex. Well worth coming here and supporting your local business.

Anne and the graphic designer were very helpful and detail oriented when designing the logo and magnets I needed for my Van. Keep in mind this store is always busy due to the quality and variety of services they offer. Plan accordingly before you go.

This business is truly your one (and only)stop for all things relating to printing, scanning, mailing, shipping, etc. I have been a delivery person (FedEx) for this company for many years, and have observed first hand their professional and courteous behavior towards all their customers. I am also a customer of theirs for the past two years and cannot say enough about the service they have given me over a variety of services. You cannot go wrong with this company!

This post has stolen 31 packages from my business and I am having to file police reports and get an attorney. We came in like we do every day with 20 or more packages. The day of the 29th we came in and made 6 trips in and out of the store setting the boxes on her receiving table. As we were walking out she told us she could not take that many boxes cause she does not get paid for them. I told her she should told us that first and they are in her store now so she has to take them. Now my packages are missing and the store has blocked my phone numbers and when I did get through I was told the store had no manager and it was only employees running it which is now being reported to the labor board as well. I will be making this post on social media as well as the news and BBB.

This company has been used by my company due to its convenience on our daily route. The two young individuals working the counter have been very helpful but when the older woman works the counter we can not ship any items without hearing how much money she is losing by helping us.If I am hurting your business by bringing items to be shipped then I will never bring you any more business.
