I just started using this shop since I had to drop off FedEx. I found out they take usps, too. I spoke with Frances, and after only meeting me once, he remembered my name! Crazy good service, highly recommend!

I've been using a virtual mailbox service provided by this mailbox center, and the owners are really friendly. They also offer "balikbayan" shipping for fellow Filipinos, which I find impressive. While I haven't utilized it myself, it's great to have that option. If you're looking for a virtual mailbox service, I suggest considering signing up with this center!

Come here about 3x a week to drop off packages to be mailed. I never have trouble finding parking since there's a lot and it doesn't get too busy here. The most I've ever waited was probably 2 min? Granted the scanning of my pre-printed labels for a receipt is a quick process in itself. The workers are all nice and at times we will strike up quick conversations about our day and what nots. If they start taking UPS this would probably be the only mail place I'd go to when I'm in this area. I have yet to try out their other services but for the Filipinos they also do Balikbayan Boxes!! Truly a one stop shop for your shipping needs.

This establishment is a 2 minute drive from my house and I stop by here at least 5 to 10 times a month. I make many purchases online so it's only natural that I sometimes return packages.Every time I come to drop off packages, the staff (which I believe are family members) appear happy and are very helpful. Dropping off packages that are already labeled obviously doesn't require anyone to wait in line. But even if I have to mail something out, I never have to wait long.The best part about coming here is they will help at least two customers at a time even if there's just one person working. If a customer is filling out a form, they'll help the next customer in line even if there's no other customer in the store.I love this because I'm an impatient person. Most stores will help one customer at a time per employee. We all know most people are selfish in this regard and don't care about the people behind them waiting in line. Mailbox USA runs their establishment like I would in this respect and I refuse to go to any other store to send out packages because of their common sense approach to running a business.

I guess some people never learn. I was required to pick something up at this Mailbox USA location (I don't know if there are any others) two months ago. At that time, I mentioned in my review that I would never return here unless required. Again, through another online service, I had to pick-up an item at this Mailbox USA location on Fort Apache Rd. If anyone reading this review has seen the film Groundhog Day with Bill Murray, I would have sworn my return here was a part right out of the movie. The same guy, sitting in the same chair, engaged on his cellphone, never looking up at me for what felt like an eternity, not wearing his mask correctly, and not saying a single word after the package transfer to me. He even gave me the item without wearing gloves, just like the last time. There was even one customer that entered the store just as occurred previously. It was the epitome of Deja Vu. I kept the review at two stars because this was the most fantastic situation I can ever remember reliving in my life. RECOMMENDED: No SERVICE: Poor PRICE: N/A COVID: Virtually none
