Admittedly I came on a busy day right before Christmas so physically getting into the store was a pain, aside from that I ordered an iPad (because the color I wanted was out of stock) and purchased an Apple Pencil I had specifically asked for the second generation Pencil and confirmed it with the associate that helped me out however when I came home I realized I got the first generation Pencil which I now have to exchange for what I originally wanted.

TO THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the abysmal service I have received from your company. My recent experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my grievances. To begin with, my TV delivery was cancelled not once, not twice, but three times in a row, causing me to miss three days of work. The sheer incompetence and lack of professionalism demonstrated by your delivery service are beyond comprehension. It is inconceivable that a company of Best Buy's purported caliber could mishandle appointments so egregiously. After finally receiving the TV, I was promised a resolution in the form of a $250 gift card for the countless mishaps and the time I had to take off work. Little did I know that this was just the beginning of my ordeal. I followed your customer service representatives' instructions and reached out to inquire about the gift card, only to be met with a runaround that would make even the most seasoned bureaucratic nightmare envious. I was told, on no less than seven different occasions, that a physical gift card had been sent to my home address. However, here's the kicker - there is absolutely nothing at my address! It appears as though Best Buy is intentionally dragging out this process, perhaps in the hopes that a disgruntled customer will simply forget about the whole ordeal. I am appalled at the utter lack of responsibility and accountability displayed by your company. The $250 gift card, which was meant to compensate for the colossal inconvenience I endured, is a mere pittance compared to the $2,500 I spent on the TV. I am not only demanding a full refund for the TV but also seeking compensation for the three days of work I missed due to your repeated botched appointments. The frustration has reached an extreme level, and it is disheartening to see that nobody within your organization seems to care. I implore you to check your call logs and see how many times I have had to recount my story - over 10 times, to be precise. Each interaction with a different team member only served to exacerbate my already mounting frustration. In addition to the three missed workdays, I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to track down a gift card that seems to exist solely in the realm of promises. This ordeal has cost me not only time but also my sanity. I am typically not one to write reviews, but the level of unprofessionalism and lack of empathy displayed by Best Buy has pushed me to this point. It is sickening to think that a company of your stature can operate in such an unethical and unapologetic manner. I would have considered addressing this in person at the nearest Best Buy, but I am hesitant to waste any more of my time on a company that has demonstrated such a blatant disregard for its customers. This entire experience has left me questioning why I ever chose to do business with Best Buy in the first place. I sincerely hope that this letter serves as a wake-up call for your organization to reassess its customer service practices and instigate changes that prevent others from enduring the same nightmarish experience.

I recommend Best Buy appliances. We purchased new kitchen appliances including dishwasher, double oven and microwave. The two technicians who came out and did our installation was great. Wilfredo and Leo were our technicians. They were professional and represented Best Buy. They were efficient and personable. The cafe' line of kitchen appliances are the best. I have had Lowe's, Home Depot products but I am really impressed with Best Buy and their techs. The cost was competitive and the variety of choices good. I recommend Best Buy and request Wilfredo and Leo you can't go wrong.

I always like coming to this location because the customer service is amazing and the associates are always so helpful whenever I need assistance.They always have a wide variety and great selection for any of the products that I'm looking for. If they don't have something in stock, I have always had assistance to help order or locate an item that I need at another Best Buy. Today, I was helped by the associate, Felix. He was able to help me pick out some Bose headphones, and a Nintendo switch light. I already had an idea of what I wanted before I came to the store so I wouldn't be buying anything else I didn't need the black Friday scene isn't for me so I waited for Monday to still get good deals without the crowd.Overall, it was a great experience as always. Thank you Felix, and all the other Best Buy associates, for always helping me out and being super friendly!

I went to Best Buy and Apple to replace my iPhone battery. Best Buy told me two things that Apple stated was false. First they claimed no phone battery can be replaced if the life is 80% or higher and this was an Apple policy. Apple confirmed this is false. Second Best Buy said to get a battery replacement I would have to leave my phone with them for three days. Apple would never do such a thing, they would order the battery and have you come back when in. Best Buy is using these lies to get customers to purchase a new phone vs. replace the phones battery. I see this as fraud or close to.

Felix lacks the ability to exercise empathy and patience. The system for Best Buy upgrading your phone is very mediocre. I told Sean and Felix my experience over 4 or 5 visits in which i had to go to apple verizon and Best Buy to get this situation fixed. Best Buy was of no help and when I complained to the manager about it he said "he can cancel the order and I can leave or we can refund everything and start over."I told him i don't need people being disrespectful and unprofessional. He proceeded to laugh at me. I just wasted 5 days without any phone and unable to activate and having someone lack empathy and understanding or even show some patience and being thankful that i have been chill through this whole process. Very disrespectful, don't work in retail if you hate your life and can only be an impatient prick.

Service was god awful!! Let me start off by saying my wife and I are 2 of about 6 people in this store, there are actually more employees standing around than customers shopping!! Upon asking for some help in the tv area, the one employee walking around says he needs to grab someone from that area and proceeds to walk off, after about 10 minutes of no one coming to help and that same employee walking by us 3-4 more times, I decide to go to the check out line and ask to have someone sent to help, he pages over the radio and after waiting again, no one comes to help, so we left! Best Buy no wonder people prefer online shopping from Amazon!! Can't wait to reminisce in the future with Best Buy being in the same story as radio shack and blockbuster

Labor Day weekend. Good sales.Went to this location and had aGreat experience with Adrian in the TV department. He was amazing. OurRequest was complex and he answered every question and was a pleasure to deal with. Great customer service skills. An asset to your company.

Pee you, went to buy Samsung side by side refrigerator and matching oven. Stood around scratching my butt for a very long time, no service, no employee contact.Wwnt to Lowes. Best buy let $3,000.00 in sales walk right out the door. Dummies

Service by the Geek Squad has been deplorable. I went there on a recent Saturday night. Behind the desk were two employees with greasy hair, disheveled appearance, tatoo marks on arms, and, poor hygiene. I complained to the worker behind the desk and that I did not want to speak with him. Then, a manager comes over and treats me like I am a problem for the store. He basically needed me to leave and followed me around in the store. He would not give me his name. The General Manager's name and phone number was posted. I called on Monday, he does not come to the phone. This place has declined. I do not recommend doing business in this place. They may call the police on you, if you complain.

BUYER BEWARE! we ordered a new washing machine from them when ours died last weekend. We ordered the matching dryer a few months ago and the process was fine. this time, they had a third-party vendor CTSI deliver the washing machine. They were in and out in 15 minutes and THEY STOLE OUR EXISTING PEDESTAL! They took my belongings out and dumped them on the floor! Then, they tried to lie about it. They tried to say we told them to take it and approved it which is not true. they put our new machine on the floor! Then they told us we could have it back if we came and picked it up from their warehouse across town. Best Buy no longer answers there on the phone. You cannot reach anybody in the store or even in the United States! I have had more than a dozen calls and hours on the phone with no resolution. No supervisor, no manager available ever. I've had so many calls because they keep hanging up on me! Horrible horrible customer service. They get your money and then they don't care. THE NEW WASHER DOESN'T EVEN WORK! Best Buy is willing to have it repaired or changed out but only on their schedule. They don't care that we are without a washer and they gave us a faulty product. They don't care that we paid $1000. They don't care that their vendor stole from us! The store tells us that we have to go through the 800 number that they have no ability to assist. The 800 number (call center out of the country) says that they have to send the report to the store and wait for their decision that they have no ability to assist.

Tyler in electronics, left a $20 tip for you at the front my man. This guy saved me $250 bucks on my stereo. He had mentioned there was an expensive part to be used on the install, but he said to wait a minute so he could confirm with the guys in the back. He asked them, and came back with the good news that it won't be needed for her model. Much appreciated sir! Had my car stereo, speakers, amp, and sub all installed here. Just got a stereo for my GF, and have always been impressed with the work done by the two guys in the back. Won't go anywhere else for my car audio because of the work they do. Raises for all mentioned.

I purchase here all the time, an employee was lazy and didn't wanted to help me with a process because I'm a person that asked many question. Also when I try calling the store I'm always send to a call center even when I input ext 2711 to the store. But overall is alright you know. I mean we live in Summerlin we spend more and pay way more at least stores and employees should be higher class as well.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Back on November 17th 2022, my husband and I purchased a 75" TV and we paid to have it delivered plus mounted. Best Buy failed not once but twice to deliver & mount the tv. The first installer showed up to our home without the tv. He advised that it wasn't given to him and it was the same story with the second installer. Out of frustration, my husband cancelled this initial order. But on November 26th, 2022 we went back up to the store to complain to management. We were assisted by the Geek Squad Supervisor, Christopher Steger. We complained about what had happened. He didn't apologize and continued to make up one excuse after another about their process/system. Even after all of this, we reluctantly placed a new order for the tv and the mounting service. Christopher assured us in person that the tv would be delivered the following Monday between the hours of 12pm-4pm. Well, what do you know my husband gets an email advising that the delivery window was changed to 12pm-8pm. We patiently waited for the delivery & mounting, forsaking leaving our home to run necessary errands. After 8:30pm and still no delivery, my husband called up to the store only to be left on hold for over 30 minutes. I subsequently emailed Christopher. I never received a response. They wasted our time not once, not twice but three times. They act like they don't care. This is beyond unacceptable and horrific service. We've been customers of Best Buy for years and have made several purchases. Never again!

I will never buy another ship to home computer no matter the savings. First we got a notice from FedEx, then UPS. The time from UPS said 2-6. We were home by 1:30 and UPS had already been there. The worst part was they were going to leave it at our UPS BUT DIDN'T THE SAME DAY!!!! It was literally right across the street. So now 3 days later and still NOTHING!!!!!! I'm so angry!!!!
