Store full of people looking for help and no one single representative on the floor ... manager told me to come back tomorrow morning hahahhaha ... it's 1 pm ... omg they not ready for Black Friday people .... Sad !!!

Required assistance with purchasing a dryer, so I reached out to an employee. After a 20-minute wait, no one showed up, prompting me to approach another staff member. Despite their assurance, no help arrived. Meanwhile, I observed another customer receiving prompt attention. Frustrated, I decided to head to Home Depot for my dryer purchase.

Easily THE WORST customer service experience I have ever had. I waited by the Mac Books for well over 30 minutes waiting for someone to help me. While I was waited I counted 5 people who walked to the back with their head down choosing to blatantly ignore me. Finally after 30 minutes someone named Freddy came over to "help" but his knowledge of Mac books was being read completely off Best Buy's website and couldn't tell me which was the better one or what anything meant. I'll be going to Apple where I should have went from the start. Sad thing on Best Buy and Freddys part is I walked in with Cash in hand ready to buy, would have been the easiest sale of the day.

Wanted to share my 5 star experience at Best Buy with the assistance of Mike. In the bowels of summer here in Las Vegas my air conditioner completely broke down. My house manager said it couldn't be fully repaired for at least a week. Obviously can't survive in the house without Aircon when it's 100 degrees out. So had to rush to Best Buy to pick up some portable units, Mike was extremely helpful in not only helping with purchasing the units that would best suit a temporary fix until the HVAC company comes to fully restore the central air. He also went above and beyond with helping me load three units into my car. Thank you Best Buy and associate Mike for helping!

Late post from my visit on July 20th. Needed to purchase a new smooth top electric range. I browsed around the appliance section for a bit and was approached by Grace. We chatted for a bit and Iet her know that I needed to purchase a smooth top electric range. She showed me the models they had on the floor and since it's a very limited selection due to space issues, she suggested that we check on-line for other options. She was very patient and helped me compare several models and explained the different features.After discussing the options, I decided to switch over to an induction range instead. I lucked out as Samsung had a special offer which included the cookware set, which had a retail value of approximately $400. That offer sealed the deal for me. I ended up purchasing a Samsung - 6.3 cu. ft. Smart Instant Heat Slide-in Induction Range with Air Fry & Convection+ - Black Stainless Steel. I was really pleased with my purchase and by the excellent customer service Grace provided. BB please recognize that Grace went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase. Since we're renovating the kitchen I'm going to need a couple more items and I'll be sure to ask for Grace.

I simply went into this store for Pokémon cards... it is my sons 8th birthday and Xavier was super friendly and sweet. I pride myself in customer service, it is the field that I work in and when I recognize the same in someone else i always want to make it known! Xavier wished my son a happy birthday, cracked a couple jokes and was nice enough to explain why kids are wild over these cards. Being nice goes a long way!

I was shopping for the computer monitor, I have hard time looking for a right monitor that fix my budget. I was about to walkout, then Jeff show up with great work ethic, he finally show me the one I need. This guy deserves more than 5 star. Great job Jeff, keep it up the that positive attitude in serving customer.

VIBES: 3/5 it's a Best Buy so it's kinda like a K-mart for electronics in my opinion haha. They all kinda have the same Vibe; Big, not too busy, Looks stocked but really it's not. VALUE: 4/5 I appreciate that I can get so many cables and dongles from Best Buy. Outside of Amazon I'm not really sure where I'd go lol. Plus pricing is pretty good for most things I purchase. SERVICE: 3/5 Never really had a stellar customer experience at BB .They leave me alone which I guess is nice, but means I miss out on hearing of deals or sales etc. PRODUCT(S): 5/5 if you need a cable, dongle, electronic device, appliance, camera, or drone..best buy is a great place to start for the more casual buyer.

I placed an order and went in store to pick it up. I was standing in the store waiting for 35 minutes. The teenager working at the store said he had someone looking for the item. Finally, I asked another employee what happened and he told me that as soon as I placed the order 3 hours ago a different employee was supposed to go and grab it. However, they didn't, so someone else bought my item. That employee should get a raise, but the other one who made me wait for 35 minutes needs to be fired.

Terrible store. Don't purchase a TV at Best Buy. I had the TV for 10 days waiting for help to put it up and then found it was damaged when I opened it. I took it back and they blamed me for it and said I did it because I had it for 10 days. I didn't even open the box. Learned a hard lesson will never purchase anything from this company again. The manager Michael is terrible.

Shaun who works in customer service did a great job for me and other customers. He was quick to work, and with the support of his colleagues, he was impeccable with incredible speed and a wonderfully polite demeanor. I had a payment issue resolved for a computer I bought on Black Friday. He made my day! Thank you Shaun.

I just had bought something off the app and came to this location to pick it up, and the person who helped me, Shaun Santos (Jack Harlow), was on point. Every question I had, he found a solution to! Amazing experience, and always protruding his positive attitude towards and his coworkers! Coming back to this location!

Stopped by with a friend in desperate need of a charger cord for my antique IPhone 8. I am a senior citizen and had no clue which one would suit my needs. Along came the nicest young man with so much patience. He asked me questions and helped me determine what I needed. He explained to me about the store brand and he saved me money as well. I was looking for his name tag and he explained to me that he was new and was part of the seasonal help. He told me his name was Jeffrey Zhu. Usually I have to hunt down someone to help me and then I feel as if they are in a hurry to do something else. If you run across this young man (he will probably have his name tag by then) I am sure you will be well taken care of.

TJ the Sales Manager goes above and beyond to set a great example of top quality customer service and deserves recognition! I was looking for a new TV and had a few questions when TJ appeared to help me make a decision. He also introduced me to the Totaltech Membership, which I intend on taking advantage of. Because of TJ's excellent service, I plan to continue shopping at Best Buy more frequently, particularly at this location as I've found it to be the friendliest in the area.
