Recently had my Tesla Model 3 wrapped in color PPF. This is not an inexpensive project so I did my research on local shops. 2 years+ of research. I had been watching all the commentary about different shops on one of our local Tesla owners pages and one shop kept getting praise time and time again: Madhouse. I’d say they were shouted out 7x the amount of the next quoted shop. And comments always circled around quality of their work.
Well, after my old Model 3 was hit and totaled, and I got a new one, the time was right to wrap and I knew exactly who I wanted to do it: Mario at Madhouse Customs.
And I’m really glad I did. I love the work he did and I love the value for the price. They’re not gouging and are certainly less expensive than some of the other local shops.
They are literally a family business: a 3 ‘man’ team…husband, wife, & son. And they’ve been working on Teslas since 2012 if I’m not mistaken so they know these cars.
Do yourself a favor and check them out if you are in the market for your custom vehicle projects.

UNRELIABLE! I had high hopes for this place. I was trying to have a spoiler wrapped for my Tesla (at their recommendation). I dropped it off on April 12th.I said once it’s done we could also discuss my tint and have that done as well. On April 25th I messaged to see if it was done. I received a message back that they would contact me when it was completed. I messaged again on May 9, I was still courteous . No reply. On May 14th I went to the business to ask for it back. No one was there. I messaged the owner and he said he was delivering a car but we made an appointment for Saturday May 18th at noon. He messaged me on Saturday at 12:07 stating he was running late due to car issues. I waited for 45 minutes. No show. I messaged again asking for an ETA, he said he was waiting for an Uber and that he would come to my house to install it and there would be no charge. I messaged him several times, no reply. I showed up when they opened on Monday May 20th. He seemed very surprised to see me and a little put off that I was there. I stated you blew me off he LIED and said he did not hear the phone since he was working in the garage. I’m sure that was for the benefit of the other customer that was there. 5 1/2 weeks and he never got around to wrapping the spoiler. Complete waste of time.

Sad that you will respond (or more like harass me) regarding a review, but couldn’t respond to me when I wanted my spoiler back. On the bright side, I got the spoiler done, installed, and my tint done by another shop. I made an appointment, they did an amazing job, and in a timely manner. I told them all about you and they are familiar with how you do business. I didn’t need to have anyone do a fake review on my behalf. As you stated in the email you sent me, you are a small family owned business, I would think you would want to treat people better, and not act so petty. Best of luck to you.

Very disappointed with this service. I feel borderline scammed.I dropped my car off on October 14th to get PPF and windows tinted. I was told 5-7 days to get this done. I did not get my car back until October 26th (12 days!, and it was a botched job!They would not release my car to me until I paid the invoice, for the job that was not done. They promised me to get me back in the next week to get the job done.It is now December 1st, an entire month later, and the owner has stopped responding to my inquiries of when I can get my car back in.

This place is awesome! Love the people here. I had a problem with my brake pads making noise due to having another company that spay painted my calipers and Mario was able to diagnose it since Tesla service department wouldn’t. I Highly recommended this place.Thank You!

this is a family owned business and really do great work ! had my tesla in for ppf work and can't believe how a great job Mario does. his perfection is amazin ! you can't even tell it has ppf. you can surely tell this guy knows his stuff. they are great people to do business with and I will surely take my business to them from now on...also their prices are very reasonable for which I have checked around numerous places and they are comparable to others but the quality of their work is priceless, when you get your car back it is spotless not water spotted like other places that don't care about the end product.....also just to note I had a rock chip on my front hood , they took care of it at no additional charge....amazin......Service: Paint protection

I've been debating for years on whether it was worth the price. My advice if you are reading this: Stop searching elsewhere. Come here now. Tl;dr Yes all wraps are just wraps. Yes there is always a lower price everywhere. Amanda and Mario make you rom the moment you walk through the door to the minute you drive off. Mario is the guy who got me in the door, and Amanda made the sale. Amanda and Mario have an absurd knowledge of wraps, cars, and everything else under the sun of any vehicle that takes you from point A to point B,C, to Z. Mario, with his no shill no bs attitude, will simply not let you walk out with a product you arent happy with. Amanda, has a superpower to read your thoughts before your breathe life to them. She's simply so good at understanding exactly where you are and what will work for you. Now stop reading this review, do yourself a favor and go get your car detailed by them.
