We switch over to LV Net a few years ago after many issues with our previous provider. We don't have any issues with outages or slow service and have at least a dozen devices connected throughout the house. I recommend switching over, their customer service team is easy to get in touch with as well

The service is adequate at best. Don't expect super fast speeds, even with their highest tier plan, which is what I have. I need to mention something VERY important to potential customers. They will disconnect your service if you have not paid your current bill within 8 days. They call it an 8 day grace period. I pay my bills and have nothing overdue on this account. They cut my service off and refused to make arrangements for an additional 3 days to my payday on the current bill due, I was 8 days past the 15th. They do not have policies set up for the customers benefit. They are all for their own. I currently owe $0.00. When the 15th of October rolls around, regardless of my good standing, they will disconnect me if I am not paid by the 23rd. This feels like pay as you go internet. If you are cool with that, get service through LV Net. If you are like me and your payday doesn't always line up with the 15th, you might want to consider another company such as Cox, who are much more customer oriented and want to help you. LV Net doesn't care if their customers are satisfied or not.** EditHi Jay, I actually tried calling you a few times but am always told you are not available and to call back later. I had to call like usual the month of October and beg for a week extension. I was very condescendingly asked if I knew which day my bill is due on so that I could attempt to make my payments on time in the future. Nice clap back! I am very aware of my due dates. Thanks for checking in that. However, this ridiculous policy doesn't understand when my payday falls and while I know no one is changing policy for little ol' me, when I come to your company hat in a hand asking for an extension on a bill that is not overdue, it would be nice to not be talked down to by your "customer service" team.

The service from this company has been excellent right from the beginning. Have had to contact support three times in the past due to power outages and thunderstorms and each time the tech support has been fast and accurate. Highly recommended.

I switched to LV Net about 5-6 years ago after dealing with Century Link. They are friendly and have fast internet speed for a reasonable price. I’ve paid $65/mo and never had a problem. I called to get my service moved to my new place and they upgraded my speed for free just for being a loyal customer! They’re awesome and I’d recommend them to everyone.

I love the internet service but customer service is definitely not at it's best. I thanked the man for helping me and apologized if I was short in any way due to my time limit on my assignment I was working on and was interrupted by my service going out. He hung up on me. I had already tried to handle the situation online myself on my phone, but the website is too hard to navigate and I was unable to fix it myself like normal, so I had no choice but to call.
