Omg I had the best experience in here first of all the lady I believe her name is Nyla that helped me and my sister was way to nice we probably asked her to sample us 30+ things and she was so happy to help us with every question I even ended up buying the one she recommended to me when I walked in. Id also like to add ,the way she handles crazy situations is so good . Everyone was greeted in a very nice way the entire time I was there . This lady knows everything about what she’s selling I love it .

Previously visited this store and had better selection of Lancôme items than the last one I visited. Though they had the older items I was happy to purchase some unique Lancôme goodies that I have never seen and heard of...! The staff were nice and they were helpful...! Bought Lancôme items for a steal deal stocked up...! Hawaii doesn't have this outlet store and hope that one day it will come to our outlet mall...!

This place has good deals and has things I would actually buy, but both the young and old HAGS in this store are absolutely horrible. Rude! They OBVIOUSLY do not get paid by commission. Anyone who works in a commission based job know how to actually handle customers. There are not enough testers/no testers available to try on what you are thinking about purchasing. $15 for a single sample size item but you can buy 6 different sample items for the same price. You ask a question and get snapped in broken English. This place should really employ people who have the art of customer service down, or offer incentives to employees who kill customers with kindness, rather than reward the nasty people with a paycheck and a job.

There was literally no prices on the product I wanted, went to counter and Asian lady who work there was like go back and turn the stuff around and you'll see it. Why can't she just scan it???
