The manager there is not at all an 'ASSet' to this store. When you call for assistance and after frustrating interactions with sales persons and getting no where you ask to speak to the manager. I must say this manager person is argumentative, Disrespectful and should not be in that position. Now I understand why the employees at this location are worthless! A leader is supposed to lead by example. He's a horrible example. That store used to be the best. Downhill it's going.

Waited over 30 minutes for help and when I got it he had know clue what to do!! Went to Home Depot and I was In and out In 15 minutes! It is close to my house! But this location really needs to step up!! Rather just go to Home depot. They have way more of what you need and more help!!!

I like coming to this Lowe’s. Tonight (July 2nd) I was helped in the paint department by Alicia. She was friendly and I was able to ask her all my dumb paint questions about painting my outdoor stucco wall. I was considering getting cheap flat exterior paint but after talking with her, I ended up getting a better quality paint that is better with moisture (I have a pool and irrigation that sprays part of the wall watering my plants. She was super nice and informative about the amount and gallons I needed. Also wanted to give kudos to the cashier. She had a register but walked out to get us from the self checkout line. I sadly didn’t get her name… she was an elderly lady with short curly hair. She was super sweet and asked my husband and I.. how our night was going. Her initiative to get us from a self checkout line (versus hiding from customers) and having a positive attitude is refreshing to see.

Extremely frustrated to say the least!! We ordered a pizza oven weeks ago and i confirmed not once, not twice, but three times that it would be assembled upon delivery! On each occasion i was told they could see it in the notes. The driver dropped off the pizza before the window, so i was not able to stop them from leaving it. When i called the store to report what happened, the manager couldn’t have displayed that he could care less about it! Now I’ve got an oven that I paid for sitting outside in a box and I’m supposed to trust this manager to set up the return and build, to have it sent out again. I don’t understand how with three times of verifying assembly, that it got missed. At least have the leadership and character to show the customer that you care that you dropped the ball!!

Bought a new fridge and paid for old appliance haul-away. Brand new fridge was delivered dented so had to wait 2 more days for another one, but when they delivered the new, undamaged one they somehow didn't transfer over the old appliance haul away on the invoice so they refused to pick up the old one at the time of delivery. Yet another call into Lowes customer service who couldn't provide a pick up of the old appliance same day, so it's another day off work waiting for them. Delivery windows are 8am-8pm, so that's 3 full days off work for the delivery of a single fridge and old appliance haul away that should have been done in a single day. The sale price wasn't worth the 3 days of work missed due to their screw-ups. I recommend you save $ & grief by paying a little more somewhere with more reliable, customer-friendly customer service protocols.
