Everyone at the customer service desk was so kind and patient with me. I had several items to return with no receipt but the young men Abe and Jaemin reassured me that there are other ways to look up my receipt. They were able to look up my card to track the purchase! Great customer service and a friendly face is hard to come across nowadays and lowes is a breath of fresh air.

Poor customer service in the paint department this morning.. The black female wearing a gray shirt needs a hug, a cup of coffee or something. Please check up on her, she seems to be having a bad day. Very poor attitude..

I’ve been going here for the past few months and may I say jaemin at customer service is amazing he has always greeted me when I come in and he is always so helpful he helped me everytime I’ve came in here that man deserves a raise or some type of award Lowe’s!!

Dear all Lowe customers who come to this store: even the Home Depot service is better and more reasonable.
The RETURN DEPARTMENT has mean and careless and racial bias people working there. I do not know how they still have the job. They make the return process so painful. They treat the return items like the customers STOLE them from the store.
The big fat guy in the front was eating a power bar when i walked in to return some items. Maybe, my interruption to his eating on the JOB pissed him off. He scanned all the items and they were verified that they were lowe's products. Some of them i had receipts and some i didn't have. He wouldn't take the ones without receipt back very rudely and discriminately. Store credit should be offered for the lost receipt items. But NO. He refused and looked at me like i stole them from the store.
Been to that place since 2002, sadly a fat and mean person scared me away. Hope he will get promoted for saving the store money but lost the reputation of lowe's. Here i come Home Depot.

DO NOT BUY A KITCHEN REMODEL FROM THIS STORE OR ANY STORE IN VEGAS. Purchased $45,000 in kitchen cabinets, appliances and counter tops through this store. What a nightmare it has turned into. Caliber (the installer Lowes provided) did an improper install, damaged cabinets, damaged appliances, modified custom parts without any discussion, crooked cabinets, missing parts, drilled 16 holes in the face of a cabinet to align a hinge, then left like nothing happened. Have had zero help from anyone at IST, let alone the store where we came in to see Clay and he proceeded to throw a temper tantrum about missing his tape measure. Refused to reorder damaged items, was taking sides with Caliber and backing their lies, even though we have pictures to prove otherwise. Spent the last 9 weeks trying to work with IST but NOONE WILL TALK TO US OR TELL US ANYTHING!! Kitchen in shambles for the last 9 weeks and no end in site

Standard Lowes with a friendly staff. Gordon (in the door&Window dept) was very helpful even assisting with an item not in his depth. Makes me want to visit this place again!!!
