I recently moved to the Las Vegas area, I came here to buy an appliance that was needed. The first few weeks, I ran into a problem with the device the people at the store and the warranty haven't really been too helpful. I feel they have g a good selection of things here, but they should stand behind the products they sell. It was a bit of a let down

A decent Lowes, but unfortunately I do not find the staff here at this location as helpful as my normal hometown staff. I'm here 6-10 weeks out of the year and this is the closest Lowes for me. I love Lowes, an usually choose it over other places...ie HD! But, I'd like to see a friendlier more helpful team!

Nate, the floor supervisor at Lowe's on Fort Apache, truly exceeded my expectations with his exceptional customer service. His willingness to personally guide me through different sections of the store for my specific needs was not only helpful but also saved me a lot of time. His knowledge and eagerness to assist made my shopping experience much more efficient and pleasant. I'm impressed by his dedication and would definitely recommend Nate for anyone visiting Lowe's for their home improvement needs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bad service. None helps you if you need help and than you get attacked on the way out like a thief if you payed for your items meanwhile yes I did. Also try calling if they have an item in stock they will keep connecting you to another department till you hang up because none wants to work from what I seen there.

This business sells defected merchandise and refuses to replace the items. They put together the items for you, as if they're doing you a favor; and charge a lot to put it together. Once the warranty goes out, they refuses to do anything about it; and this is after charging a lot to assemple it for you.

If you think there is any chance that you will need to return an item and do not keep your receipts, then I would recommend shopping elsewhere.I bought a ~$500 steel door from this location. I lost the receipt, but I had the date of the transaction, the amount of the transaction, and it was bought from this location. I accidently purchased a left handed door instead of a right handed door. The door I purchased was still in new condition with all original packaging. All I wanted to do was switch out the left handed door for the right handed door (they cost exactly the same). They refused because I did not have the receipt and did not offer me any solutions.
