Ordered online to pick up in store. $378 item, charged twice. Planned my day around pick up, on my way to the store “item is out of stock”. Extremely frustrating

We came for the garden department, I couldn't believe how healthy all of the plants and vegetables were, very impressed with the quality and quantity of their selections. Will definitely be back

I have been a regular customer for years. However, a couple of weeks ago, I witnessed a thief carting off goods through the garden section in his cart. The staff mentioned that he is a regular thief at many Lowe’s locations, including this one, and that there's little they can do about it. This is unacceptable. Prices are often inflated to compensate for theft, and this corporate culture of indifference is unacceptable. Hire staff, artificial intelligence,AND 86 him from all Lowe’s.

I asked a guy for help getting my toilet’s water level up. He claimed to be “an expert” who “knows everything” and gave me some advice; so I bought a kit for a new fill tube, the overflow tube, a chain, and a flapper. I was concerned it wouldn’t work so I asked him additional questions. But there was this bossy lady behind me wanting his attention so he just stopped helping me and walked away with her. This was a bit upsetting because he was helping me and didn’t satisfactorily answer all my questions. To make it worse when I replaced the parts my toilet still had the same issue. I suppose I need to replace my toilet to get the water level up but if he was as knowledgeable as he claimed he should have told me so. Obviously he was incompetent

Well, another unsatisfactory experience! I checked out at self service Kios and then tried to leave 3 mins past closing, and the doors were locked. Several employees saw that the door was locked, so I waited. After 5 mins, I left out the emergency exit and started walking to my car where it appears the manager came out yelling at me. First of all, it is not legal to keep someone from exiting the building inless they are suspected of theft NRS 597.850, 597.860 and 597.870.
Well don't show up 10 mins before closing, or say 1 min past because some employees will stand right next to you and ask you over and over if you need help, even though they know nothing about the department you are in. I get it. Everyone wants to go home. I needed to get a few items to fix my emergency at home. I was at the register and checked out by 8 mins past, oops 9 mins. Thank goodness I did not want them to unleash the hounds on me.

Not happy... could not get vet discount, because I'm not registered with the store.
What a crock, use to be all you needed was your I'd, now it's all marketing and jumping through hoops.

This Lowe’s sucks! Don’t have people from crafts that know anything! Don’t have anyone period! Returned some bolts not needed still in original package and “returns associate” was a rude fella to me and person in front of me. Sure wish there was a Home Depot closer! I’m sure they have a way of burying these.
