tried to get a nuvo water filter for manor and they do not have it but another lowes does but to far away for me. tried to special order but there system would not allow them to and talked with a manager and he said it was ITS fault that they could not order it. asked if they could pick it up at the other store and he said no the only way was to PAY $79 for delivery by ordering on line. Home Depot gives free home delivery. asked for phone number to file a complaint and the manager gave me a 888 number instead of 800 number. except for the manager the rest of the staff tried to help and no complaint with them.

What a low customer service, they are doing you a favor they are talking with you, I waited for 10 minutes for customer service just to be pushed by a guy who just got there, the rep just ignored me like I was yesterdays trash! I left! What a low quality customer service store.

The staff are great and the store is clean. The worst is I had to buy my Artificial Turf/Spikes from Lowes on Charleston, the Infill at Lowes on Eastern and the Infill Rake at W. Henderson. That is "Ridiculous" but you make your money off of shipping because nobody won't drive to 3 different stores. Ordered from Charleston (shipping charge included), drove to Eastern and not going to Henderson!

Went here to get copy of keys at 8:12 pm and went to an customer service to call someone to cut the keys and they called for assistance to the place where they cut the keys and we waited until 8:30 and no one showed up.

I love Lowes! They have anything you are looking for. Better selection than the competitor. Employees are relaxed and friendly. They give the impression that they have fun at work and I like that! Plus my daughter has been employed there for several years and she loves it. They are good to her. But thats not the reason for the 5 stars. I really do like Lowes selection and employees. I have only had to return something once and it was painless. I love when they start clearing out the summer items and the holiday items! You get really good deals. The people in the paint department are amazing. Just take in something, anything that is the color you are looking for and BAM! They mix perfect! It's always a pleasure going to Lowe's. Thank you guys!UPDATE: Imaging it's Christmas Eve and you're still looking for the perfect bird bath for your roomy. Everything I found was at least a week out for delivery. I decided to try one more place. Lowe's on Eastern. So glad I did. They had at least 5 different styles in stock and kept me within my budget. The gentleman that helped me was awesome. He didn't rush me. He gave suggestions and even complimented me on my gift choice for my roomy. He carried it to my car and careful put it in the trunk. I also found what I wanted Santa to bring ME while at Lowe's! You guessed it....the gentleman that helped me with the bird bath! Just put a big bow around him and send him my way! He just had this way about him that was charming. I found my new favorite store! Thank you Lowes and thank you to my new crush that helped me!

I had a bad experience at Lowe's today, I finally found an employee to ask where the item I wanted to purchase was located. The employees were busy talking and were not helpful in locating the item I wanted to purchase. The employee directed me to the wrong location and made no attempt to help me find the item. Needless to say I won't be back. Went to Home Depot was greeted by several employees as I entered and was helped locating the item I wanted to purchase. That is customer service!

It's close to the Strip, close to the airport, and there's a large Walmart on the premises, so you can have plenty of fun. Considering the weak yen, some of the accessories and tools for plumbing are cheaper than buying them in Japan. It's also a great place to buy souvenirs, as there are many items that are large enough to take home.There are many Whirlpool refrigerators and Samsung dishwashers.The store staff are also kind, asking if I have any trouble, talking to them, and casually caring about them.

The worst. The absolute worst. Bought $2600 in appliances and they failed at every step along the way. Today I found out the salesperson canceled the final appliance I am missing. The one they kept telling me was supposed to be delivered 9 days ago. I can't even go back in there because I am so angry I'm afraid I will light one of the employees on fire. Never again.

I don't know if they're all stupid or just incompetent. Never, never buy from their appliance department - literally the worst retail transaction I have ever had in my life. I looked up everything I wanted online, put it all in the online cart, got all the prices and item numbers, and somehow they still fucked literally every part of the transaction up. I made it SO easy for them. - First they tried to overcharge me by putting things on separate invoices (thus negating the buy more save more discount) - When I mentioned the prices were wrong the saleskid said "you want me to get a manager?" Its not my job to problem solve for you, junior. - Then they moved me from the appliance dept (that had chairs) to customer service (no chairs). I'm disabled .. no offer of a chair made. (I should have left at this point) - Then they couldn't get all the items to consolidate on to a single invoice "software error" - Then they called IT who actually said on speakerphone "I don't know, I can't help you" - Then they decided to cancel everything and start all over again. The second time they couldn't get 2 install charges on the same invoice. - They called IT again. Guess what they said? "I don't know, I cant help you." - Then they decided to put the other install on another invoice. - Then they tried to overcharge me again by not including the buy more save more discount. More waiting. Finally fixed. - Then I went to pay my $2600 bill with $1000 in gift cards I had from CC points. 5 cards, $200 each. Only 1 of the 5 cards worked. They tried to blame my bank. It was NOT my bank. - Then they called IT again, who found it was indeed their software (for the 3rd time). IT had to create fake gift cards to finally get the correct price. THREE FUCKING HOURS I SPENT IN THAT STORE. You think they offered me or my dog some water after holding me hostage for that long? Nope. Just a couple of half assed apologies. So then delivery. Received a text at 8pm telling me they were coming in the morning for the install. No advance warning but luckily I had already taken a vacation day, otherwise I would have been at work. Guy calls me and tells me he's bringing my range. I ask about other items, he doesn't know. He looks around and calls me back .. found microwave and dishwasher. He gets there but only installs ranges. Leaves dishwasher and micro behind. A week goes by. Then black Friday, Lowes tells me dishwasher guy is coming between 11-2. 2 pm rolls around and no word from anyone. I call Lowes, who acts like its bizarre that I'm calling them. They call other install guy. He calls me and says "we don't even offer a time frame of 11-2?" He didn't show up till 4pm. I waited from 1030am till 4fucking30, then another hour+ while he installed. All goddamn day for a dishwasher and microwave install. Now I'm still missing my fridge. I call on black Friday to find out where that is. I'm given to who I'm told is the manager of appliances. She could not have been less interested in my missing fridge. Tells me she'll have the salesperson call me .. uh, yeah, you're supposedly his boss .. so maybe you should handle this? So Saturday the saleskid calls and tells me it should have been delivered on the 16th (same day as range) but its now the 25th and he's baffled about why it wasn't. But then says "the order said it should ship from the store but its supposed to come from the warehouse" and proudly declares that he canceled my order without bothering to contact me, but I could rebuy the fridge if I would like. So yet ANOTHER fucking mistake made by store personnel. So again, dumb? Or incompetent? So I will never step foot in Lowes again. I'm ordering my new fridge from Home Depot on Serene instead. And I decided to upgrade to a nicer model so HD is actually getting a little more $$ than I was giving Lowes. Also, I sent a lengthy email about this fuckery to Lowes corporate and they never bothered to reply,

I love this Lowe’s, the associates are very kind and helpful every time I go. The ASM, Raquel was also very nice and assisted me with a return. She went above and beyond in assisting me, very pleased with this Lowe’s!
