Customer Service Associate Ayelin and her manager would not honor Craftsman Lifetime Warranty although Lowe’s and craftsman website says they do honor.
First manager said “it had to be exact same model and include lifetime warranty.” Found exact same product in stock and showed lifetime warranty. Then the excuse shifted to “well we need to see receipt from years ago.” Ayelin made every excuse not to honor lifetime warranty.

Easy shopping! Use the website or app and it tells you what aisle and bay to find your item! The app makes me super Lowe's smart, as if I work there. Staff always asks if I need help.

The Asian or Chinese short lady that had a red vest (maybe manager or supervisor) stood next to me as soon I was scanning my items . She made it seem like if I was stealing when I paid for all my items , she didn’t do this with any other customers paying for there items at check out only me. This made me uncomfortable and embarrassed..
she stood there and watch me there the whole transaction..

Employees were immediately available for assistance with finding something! Very friendly and attentive! They were thorough in making sure that you had what you needed/came in for. Wish they had a few more handicapped motor carts, but that's nothing.
