I love Lowe's but they're new return policy has got me kind of upset. Refunds take day sometimes and they used to allow me to return an item for store credit if it was a quick exchange. Now they completely will deny you that ability. I understand loss prevention but in the home improvement and construction world you need to be able to get the part you need right away and not have to worry about the bureaucracy of dealing with a refund to take days when I could have easily just exchanged the item with the receipt that I had in hand.

The morning I went to lowe's a,I was looking for a new refrigerator . There was a very light crowd in the building, I was looking at the refrigerator's and the salesman it was not in a uniform. He told me he would be right back, As I was looking at a refrigerator's I noticed that the doors were not level or even, He stated that he had the sales rep for these refrigerators a week ago. This was unacceptable because if I wanted a new refrigerator I want no problems at the very beginning. The prices were very good but they need somebody who has the expertise to talk about the refrigeration system in these refrigerators. They also have to have people who want to be able to sell refrigerators instead of sitting there waiting for somebody to come up to them. I was Looking for a certain model that was advertised by this company but they had none on the floor.

I don't like to give bad reviews but I went into Lowe's today and I don't know if the whole staff had a case of the Mondays or what, but I asked multiple employees for help. Multiple times. Best I got was "aisle 7" and spent 30 minutes looking for something they don't carry. Employees watched me search and ask if I needed help. Not one offered to show me where something was, even after I asked! 2 stars because the cashier at returns was super sweet and it's not her fault the floor employees treated me like a burden. I was polite and friendly to her, as I was with all the staff members today and she was the only one who was helpful and friendly back.

Don't count on this place to be open when you need them with a weekend project...... they close at 8:00 p.m. on a Sunday which is a bit ridiculous....... they also have a ridiculous return policy now that you can't return things past 90 days, so all those extra supplies you got with your project you're stuck with now. I would just recommend to go to Home Depot because you'll at least get a decent store that stays open and accepts returns.

Everything I had to look for was found on my own. It's only obvious that Lowes and Home Depot only cater to the very All American customers and us Chicanos can go shop somewhere else.

This place is absolutely horrible. If it were not the only one in the area I wouldn’t come here. Nobody wants to help. Everything is locked up. They constantly give the wrong information.
