We purchased an LG stove on 11/14/23. We noticed the stove was defective. Called store#0784 appliances spoke w/ Ted customer specialist in appliances, he said that it's still returnable cause it's not in the 90days policy, he said to contact the Lowe's distribution center. Contacted distribution center and spoke w/ someone in regard to this matter. She stated that the stove was still returnable and made an input on the system/documenting the info, she said that all she needed was store#0784 and get an approval. However when we called the store. We received unfriendly costumer service from MOD Andy. He was not helpful, he refused to provide the store manager info and kept on telling me the policy over and over again. I told him that I was going there to talk to someone and call customer care hotline.

Placed an online order. Was confirmed, and it was ready 2 hours later. I arrived the next day to pick it up. My items had not been set aside. They wanted me to wait while they shopped. Then, they gave me a hard time to cancel the order. Skip online ordering here. It is not worth it.

If I could post zeros stars I would, due to one terrible employee that works with customers unfortunately. As a homeowner I have been a frequent customer at the Lowe's store #0784 at 7550 W. Washington, Las Vegas, NV 89128. Today I received the worst customer service in a very long time. Your employee named Martin was absolutely rude and unprofessional when I asked the simple task to make two keys for me. He took a key and started making a generic version when I was still looking for the key I wanted. Then told me I couldn't have what he made. I even said I was willing to pay for an extra at his mistake. Then argued with me about the sizes of keys and asking "what do you want then." When he finally understood I needed two keys made and provided the keys I chose to be made, I asked the simple question if my keys did not fit my lock, what do I do? He said, "I don't know." I replied, "What do you mean you don't know?" He responds, "I'm not customer service, go ask them. I don't know." In which I responded, "I am asking an employee here that's making my keys and you're telling me you don't know and to ask someone else?" He responded with "Yes, I don't know." The rest of the key making was done in silence and was very uncomfortable. I had to pay for a key I didn't want made due to him rushing me in the beginning as well. I really hope this employee avoids customer contact as this makes me not want to return to this location and I am concerned for others he interacts with. If he is miserable in his job, I should not have to pay the price with his service. I will be seeking another location. I would hope this can be brought to management's attention as no one was available in person.

No consideration for a loyal customer's time and gas. I went to the Lowe's located at Summerlin to buy a ceiling fan. They didn't have it in stock and the person helping me sent me to the Lowe's located at 4625 W. Charleston Blvd. I drove there and surprisingly they had it for a higher price. I took the pictures from the Summerlin store with the model and price to make sure I was getting the same one. I asked a supervisor if they could match it, and the supervisor asked the store manager and she refused to match the other store's price. I'm not sure how it works, but they should let one know that stores change prices on certain items. I wasted my time and gas driving there for no reason. It's not about the price but the principle of customer service. I wasn't asking for a favor or free stuff and I spend good money in Lowe's as my store of choice. I always prefer Lowe's over Home Depot, but I think is time to give Home Depot my business. The few dollars that this manager is trying to save won't make up for the thousands that I spend, specially now that I just bought a new house and I'm redoing my yards and garage. A true shame!

Decal was a superb team member who went above and beyond for us. We were 2 weeks without a washer and dryer and he set us up with a combo that we are going to be very happy with. Thank you Decal, you truly helped our family! I'll always recommend this Lowe's because of your outstanding service

I will NEVER purchase another appliance at Lowes. The extended Lowes warranty I paid for is absolutely worthless just like the repair service they contract with..I think it is ADA repair. They were supposed to service my washer Wed from 12 to 5..no call, no show no nothing. Bear in mind the washer is barely a year old. No help from the store either. They are supposed to come out again...we shall see. Next time I need an appliance I am paying more and going to a privately owned store

There is a woman at the checkout named Valerie that has personally made me put my cart back twice if it three times in the past few months because of her unpleasantness. When I came in tonight for two things, it was a ghost town. No wonder. Home Depot was out of what I needed otherwise I never would've come. I'm a military veteran who is registered for discounts. She couldn't find me by looking up my phone number. Embarrassed me by taking me to a new register for no reason and basically calling me a liar. She tried to talk me out of registering again saying it would take too long. Honestly she is just the rudest person I've ever met and I always go to Home Depot hoping to never see her. I'm so sure your sales are ruined bc of her. She kept yelling at me after I registered for putting my phone number in and "making" her come check it. She is so unprofessional. All and all, I've never been treated so bad and disrespected as a veteran by a cashier. Please watch the videos from self check tonight and see what a monster she is.

I recently had a deeply disappointing and frustrating encounter with an employee named Matt at the Lowe's store located at 7550 W Washington Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89128. I feel compelled to share the details of this experience:Hostile Attitude: When I approached Matt for assistance, his attitude was extremely hostile and unprofessional. Instead of offering assistance or trying to find a solution, he immediately told me, "You can't do it," without any further explanation or effort to help.Lack of Customer Service: Matt's response left me feeling completely unsupported as a customer. It's essential for employees at a customer-centric store like Lowe's to handle inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.Inadequate Communication: Matt's communication skills were severely lacking. He failed to provide any reasoning or alternative solutions, which is a fundamental aspect of customer service.Negative Impact: This encounter with Matt significantly tainted my perception of Lowe's as a whole. It's disheartening to encounter such a level of unprofessionalism and hostility from an employee. In summary, my interaction with Matt at this Lowe's location was a deeply unpleasant experience. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the need for improved training and professionalism among their staff members. No customer should be subjected to such a hostile and unhelpful encounter when seeking assistance at a store.

After 12 days of no refrigerator I finally was able to speak to someone at Lowe's extended warranty that can help me. The first company they sent out that I had asked them not to send out was a complete and total joke ADA repair. The technician finally turned his report in yesterday, (he was out July 5) and he can't even work on the type of refrigerator that I have. The person that I spoke to Chris, at Lowe's extended warranty is sending me out a company that is certified to work on the type of refrigerator I have and was so very kind and helpful. Even letting me know what other benefits I have. I give Chris 10 stars but Lowes I'm only moving to three stars because of the hoops I've had to jump through to try and get my refrigerator fixed and this all could've been avoided if they had done what I asked and send out a different company instead of ADA repair.

One star is one star too many I bought a new kitchen countertop. It was installed by Lowe's and the patterns are mismatched I believe they took leftover pieces from other jobs using the same pattern and just slapped them on Willy-Nilly. I have never been so horrified by total incompetence and unprofessionalism Do not WASTE $$$$$$$$$$ by using Lowe's for anything

Terrible customer service. Some people who work here are nice, but this one rude employee just ruined my whole experience and left a bad taste in my mouth. I didn't catch her name, but she was an older woman and was working at self-checkout. When I was having trouble checking out, she gave me attitude and showed the same attitude to other customers who were also having difficulties. She got mad at me for accidentally ripping a plastic bag even though the items I was purchasing were sharp. I didn't understand why she was upset when the plastic bags are used to carry items. She also didn't say goodbye to me even though she did with other customers, specifically ones that didn't ask her for help. I am extremely disappointed with this Lowe's because the employee did not make me feel welcome at all. I am glad that other customers had good experiences with other associates, but I will not be returning and hope others won't have to go through what I went through.

I chose this location because it was close by and not crowded. Now I understand why. Their customer service isn't very good I came in to spend 1600 plus on a washer dryer and I'm still sitting at home waiting on delivery that has been pushed back because they forgot the stacking kit and then charged me extra to go get it. I'm still sitting waiting on the truck to show up and install my units. I guess spending large sums of money with this place doesn't mean much. Needless to say my next appliance purchase wont be here.
