I have been coming here for a couple of years. And have purchased a few items. It was recently my parents anniversary in July, and I contacted the main mall, since no one at the actual store ever picks up the phone. I wanted to buy my parents matching wallet and purse, but the male and female attendants did not allow us inside. Apparently they close at 8:00pm on Sundays... Even though the website clearly says 9:00pm and the Mall themselves says 9;00pm. The other stores Gucci, Prada, all closed at 9:00, so why would anyone think differently. I politely asked the staff to allow us 10 minutes and we would buy something similar to what we wanted if they didn't have it. They said no, on my parents anniversary, to my parents face, even though it was basically a guarantee purchase. The gentleman said we could come back tomorrow , and frankly there is no way in hell I am going to buy anything every again from that shop. I'd rather go to Belagio or Caesars. To everyone reading this, I understand there are times and schedules, but to allow someone to travel that far and say no even though they clearly say open is wrong. The world deserves more courtesy and Apparently even after a year of being closed, the staff at LV Crystal Shops just don't need any business apparently. We went to the Bellagio afterwards and were created with kindness. We bought our things and we're happy. Hey, to all staff members of any place that does not learn how to make exceptions, we no longer feel bad for any business you have lost. Please update your hours on the internet and have some accountability.

Christmas, Valentines, and Birthdays, this LV location has it all! Phoenix has perfectly outfitted my bride with bags, shoes, belts, bandeaus and more. I can’t say how thankful and pleased we are with the selection, shipping, and customer service here, thank you Phoenix!!!!

I had no intentions of buying anything unless they had one specific clutch. Of course they had it! The girl following me around was very friendly and provided great customer service. This particular location had a nice variety of luggage, shoes, purses, and clothing. My friends and I were in and out with our purchases within thirty minutes.

My first interaction with this specific store was in 2021 and it was exceptional then. We worked with sales associate, RJ Cruz to purchase a $4,200 purse for my mom. This week, we decided to return to the same store and the experience was a far cry from our previous one. No one greeted us this time as we entered and when we tried to ask a sales associate a quick question, she brushed us off and claimed that she was busy and helping someone else. As we knew what we were looking for, we went up to the third floor to try to find any human to talk to and saw two employees socially chatting. I told them how I had previously worked with RJ and was informed rather coldly that he had quit working for the location almost a year ago. I asked if it would be possible to see a few bags and they both said we needed to go back down to the first floor. When I told them we had tried to get help downstairs and was given the impression that they were just too busy, one of the female employees told me that they ARE the biggest location in the area and would be busy. I was completely stunned and taken aback by this attitude. I understand LV is a luxury design but as a returning customer who has purchased from them before, I expected much better treatment. A store can be busy but they should not use that as an excuse to treat customers poorly. I will definitely think twice again before purchasing another LV and will definitely not be returning to the location in Crystal Shops regardless of it being the "biggest location in the Pacific Northwest".

All I wanted to do was stroll around and ended up getting this set.:)) Like F it- life is too short buy the bag. Everyone was friendly and helpful. So many options and in stock. Pleased with my purchase. The place is magnificent:))

We were in town on vacation. My wife found a purse she really liked at this store, but asked the sales rep if it had a crossbody strap because she didnt like the chain. The lady assured her it did and they continued to have a 10 minute conversation about how the sales rep didnt like chains either but preferred the cross body straps. She showed her a pic in the computer of what it looked like even. My wife purchased the bag. We went back to the hotel, packed up and flew home.The next day, she pulled it out of the box and it didnt have the cross body strap, only the chain. So she called the store and they said they would have someone reach out to me (since I was the one who actually purchased and paid) to get it straightened out and get a strap out. She went ahead and wore the purse that day for a few hours, as she was excited about it.A few days later, Tayvion from LV reached out. He stated that there was no strap that cane with that model. There is a slightly larger version that they must have been mistaking it for.We asked to either purchase a strap then or return the purse so we can get a purse that does actually have a strap like she was promised. They stated that since it had been worn (for maybe 3 hours total), it wasn't returnable. Considering we had no reason to not believe there wasn't a strap for this (since they had repeatedly told us there was), there was no reason for her to not try it out for a few hours.Just a bad deal, misinformation and customer service all around. I would try one of the many other places to buy LV. Out of dozens of trips to LV’s across the country, this is the only really bad experience. The kicker is no real resolution besides, sorry to us for their mistake. Mistakes happen by businesses. No ones perfect. Not making it right is unacceptable.

The best LV in LV. Has a broad inventory of items that are hard to find not just in other LV stores but in other stores around the country even NY. Especially larger items such as trunks and jewelry boxes which are their trademark.

Absolute worst customer service from a luxury brand that my wife and I have ever experienced. Took home a defective item from Vegas, 3000 miles away, and now have to go through a multiple day approval process just to see if they'll even fix my issue, all over a broken squirt top on a bottle of cologne. Not to mention, I've called 5 times and gotten multiple different stories through the process every time. What's more pathetic is that I'm not even trying to make a return, I just need them to send me the fifty cent replacement top.

This was my first LV visit ever. I got lucky and won some $$$ on the slot machines so before I lost my winnings, I headed on down to this LV store with my friend. Once we walked in the store we were warmly greeted. I already knew what I wanted so they were very attentive and had someone help me out. They offered my friend and I some water and got my purchase ready. I've been obsessed with their Spell on You perfume so had to finally get the full size. My customer service rep packaged it up and the entire transaction went through smoothly. Only downside is they didn't have any samples of the other perfumes available. Would recommend this store :)

Always a pleasure to shop at this Louis Vuitton. The store has a wide selection and everything is immaculate and beautifully displayed. Ask for Andrea! She made the purchasing experience a dream. While I tried on shoes, she brought out a few waters. Then when I finally decided on the shoe I wanted, she went above and beyond and polished them before packing them up for me. There was another shoe I was hoping to get and she made the calls to another store to hold it. Will be making all my LV purchases here from now on!
