Very helpful employees. I like my new crossbody bag. It holds a pack of smokes on one side, an S.T. Dupont lighter on the other side and has a big inner area (12" x 5" x 5") for beverages. They sell cool keychains, moneyclips, and bracelets.

I went to the Louis Vuitton city center for my birthday purse. I had wonderful service. Everyone was very friendly. A great selection. It definitely lives up to being the largest in the US. Overall a fantastic experience.

Immaculate service from the young female working there. I came in for a belt and left with a belt and a matching wallet. Very pleasing and the securities were also respectful, which is a big surprise considering how they behave in other stores across the US. Overall I do recommend to bring at least $5k to spend in some nice designer items which are made with the highest quality and will last a long time.

I shopped here back in April twice and the gentlemen that helped me was so kind. I went last week and nobody assisted us. I could’ve just complaint but I wasn’t going to just give a sales advisor an easy sale so I just decided to go to Caesar’s LV. Please be kind and treat everyone equally.

This place absolutely lives up to the largest Louis Vuitton store in the United States! Not one, not two, but three floors of Louis Vuitton luxury. First thing you need to do when walking in the store is ask for (Bruce B). He was absolutely phenomenal. Let me tell you why he was so good. This guy has ethics! My wife was looking at three different handbags. And I asked him which handbag they sold the most. He could have easily went after the commission and told me it was the more expensive model. He actually told me the lowest price handbag was more popular. Now that’s a salesperson I trust! One of the best things about this store. That there is a 99.9% chance at anything that Louis Vuitton sells, they will have it in stock. There are several Louis Vuitton stores throughout the Las Vegas trip. But if you have a chance, definitely take the time to come to the Shops at Crystals to experience why this store is simply the best in United States!

Had an amazing experience because of Kristen. She was sweet, super knowledgeable, and patient with our indecisiveness.Upon arrival we were immediately greeted, offered beverages, and guided throughout all options we were seeking. She definitely needs to be moved into management! She will be the go to rep for our next visit.
