Highly recommend auto care business. In the 12 years in Las Vegas, this is the first time I have left an auto shop 100% satisfied. It was just a routine oil change. Joe was very detailed. He went the extra mile for me. Showed me things about my car that I was not aware of. Walked me through everything step by step. Even emailed me a summary of what we talked about. Love it. Thank you, Joe, for taking good care of me. We will definitely be back.

My experiences with LongLife Complete AutoCare have been excellent. I’ve brought two of my vehicles here and have had fantastic service every time. Joe treats his customers as family which is appreciated as many auto shops see their customers just revenue. Joe is honest and doesn’t pressure the customer to make a repair. I’m going to continue bringing my vehicles to LongLife Complete AutoCare.

Joe and his team did a great job in making sure that my car was fixed to the best of their abilities. They treated me nice and fairly and I went in for an oil change and for a tire rotation through Groupon, but he helped me to find out I had a litany of issues with the wheels and gave me a very fair quote in making sure that the tires were fixed as well as the filters on my car also put on brand new. I have to say that Joe did a great job in making sure that I understood all that was going on with my vehicle. I thank these guys for their help!

I called to ensure they would honor a Groupon that I found for their location. They definitely did and they got my car in quick! That was easily the most informative oil change/fluid check/tire rotation that I've ever received. He kept me in the loop about my vehicle the entire time he had it in the back. He gave me many options as far as repairs and advice if I do it myself. He even went to the extent of showing me how my cabin air filter should be put in as I stated I wanted to do that part myself. Overall a fabulous experience and I'll definitely be back!!

Went here for a brake inspection and replacement and all the guys here were very helpful especially Joe. They will really help you in every way they can. They are very knowledgeable with what they do. Will surely come back and recommend this place to my family and friends!

I drove to Vegas from Dallas and my serpentine belt started squealing really bad. Jose diagnosed the problem and found a bad pulley. They fixed the pulley and the problem went away. They also found some other problems with my vehicle and provided me with an estimate, so I could take it to my local mechanic in Dallas to fix. These guys saved me and made sure my vehicle was safe enough to drive back home.Services: Oil change

I will try to make this as short as possible: Beware!!! Beware!!! Beware!!! I have used long life complete auto care for their cheap Groupon oil changes and a wheel bearing. Joe was always polite and kind and I believe we built a rapport, sadly was I mistaken. My sonata suddenly losses power during acceleration and I can smell burning oil. Next day, rough start, I call Joe and we agree to bring him the car. My sonata was towed on November 17 . I get sent an invoice for $140 diagnostic (seems reasonable.) WAITING. December 3,2022 Joe says my turbo is done and needs to be replaced. Omg, no! But now it's been 3 weeks, so Im like let's replace it.......... December 17, 2022, Joe calls and says the car is ready!! Yay!! Arrive at the shop and Joe talks to me for 30 + minutes about I have to be very careful, i ask if it's fixed, he says yes. So off I go, Car starts fine, but I notice hesitation. I'm in denial, but sadly couldn't even make it home. Can't go above 30MPH!! Fast forward, the car has now I have been back to the shop 3 more times, car still not fixed!! January 30, he says it's ready. I go down there, he hands me the keys, I start the car and now there's a new rattling noise! And won't accelerate! Go back and Joe now drives the car : he mashes the gas pedal he red lines my car (55-6000RPM) extreme hesitation and no acceleration. Joe says to me - "I don't know what you did to the car, it was fine this morning. You did something to it. I can NO LONGER HELP YOU, you did something to the car!"And still as of today 02-03-2023 my car is undrivable, it was towed home and sits in my garage.Now that I have my car and am overlooking everything. I noticed he put the WRONG TYPE OF OIL IN MY CAR, it clearly states on my invoice he put 10w-30, MY oil cap says 5w-20!!! He also said he test drove it, but the car literally has 0.72 more miles than when it was dropped off the last time for him to properly fix. Joe had my car from January 16 through January 30 saying I'm waiting for a part. But reality my car was just parked. Beware, beware beware! Again, I paid in full on 12-17-2022 for loss of power and leaking oil, Joe said it was my turbo, and still my car has no power and leaking oil. Look at the vague invoice, November 17,2022 invoice: wrong oil, Joe had my car from November 17through January 30,2023 and my car drives exactly the same way it did on November 16! No ACCELERATION!! Run run run --- please take heed- I wouldn't waste the hours of my time leaving detailed reviews, if it didn't happen. honestly, it's all I have, I'm financially strapped from all of this. like a dominos affect, Three months I travel back and forth, pay for towing trips, paying for Ubers to and from work, my kids games on Saturday's, give every penny in savings to fix my car, and there no light at the end of the tunnel. I paid $2800+ and still paying for rides........ save yourself the guilt, the shame, the hurt, and pay a couple extra bucks at a known reputable shop.

Bought a Groupon to try out their services, brake pad replacement actually. Made an appointment, took my car in and got a phone call telling me that my rotors are bad and it's going to cost $220 more for the rotors and the labor. I do not believe my brakes were that bad to have to change my rotors. Decided to cancel with them. I will be asking for a refund from Groupon since they didn't perform the services I leave an update to let you know how that goes
