I wish there were zero stars for this place. They will try to get you in as fast as they can but then never provide proper service I've been calling them early in the morning for two days now in a row just to have my puppy checked because I think he's sick and they just don't seem to care never returning. expensive and trash service.

I brought one of my ferrets there for an emergency and they were great. Up to date on ferret education and even taught me something about my babies diet needs. TY lone Mt animal hosp for keeping my baby alive. Thank God.

Don’t bother trying to ask for a price range for how much a medication would be. All they are focused on is making you come in for an appointment and running test. As a nurse who has worked in healthcare for 17 years you can call a pharmacy and find out how much a medication cost without insurance. They will even tell you the price per pill. This place just wants your money. They don’t care about the animal. If you are able to get the price for a human why aren’t you able to for an animal? Take your pet somewhere else that cares.

Lone Mountain Animal Hospital truly made my Diamonds passing and cremation a great experience. During such a difficult time, the staff was nothing short of amazing. Sending this card is such a great touch that goes above and beyond patient service. From the moment we brought Diamond in the door, to picking up her ashes, through the sadness, I felt happy in my heart that I chose the right place for her final arrangements. Lone Mountain Animal Hospital was so caring with every interaction I had. Even the packaging of my little girls cremation package was fantastic. This was one of the most difficult times of my life and Lone Mountain gave me some peace and joy in knowing I chose the right place. Thank you!

Dogs and cats might be fine but for the love of god don’t bring a snake in. She wanted to force feed my ball python after not eating for ten days (she has RI I wouldn’t eat either... and they can go up to a year off food with no concern.) and she showed me how to inject her shots and held her in a way that could’ve done irreparable damage. Very uneducated on exotics and I’m severely disappointed. I could go on with the plethora of red flags but I think these big two paint the picture of my baby’s visit.

I have been here multiple times and have had good experiences and they have done with my birds. my only issue that I have had is that they won't give you an estimate for an ultrasound over the phone. even though I know that I need an ultrasound and that's what our last doctor said, they would not give me the price for the ultrasound over the phone. I would have to pay for an appointment just to get a price.

THIS PLACE WILL USE YOY FOR YOUR MONEY!!!!! they do not care about the wellbeing of your pets. i along with othet people that ik do not recommend this vet, they over charge you for everything. my bunny had just passed in their care and i truly believe she would have had a longer life if i would have just taken her home and cared for her myself. they kept on insisting to leave her extra nights knowing she would not survive and rather then them telling me that they would rather take my money. they shoyld have let me take her home on her last dying days so i could be with her. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS IT IS THE LAST CHOICE!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! My boyfriend had taken his bunny to this animal hospital because it was recommended by another vet due to her being unable to walk and becoming limp. They took her in and made random diagnosis and would switch up what they thought she had from liver disease to having a parasite, they didn't really seem like they knew exactly what it was just assuming. She ended up staying there for 2 nights and they tried to charge another night knowing that she had already passed which he had found out the next morning. They try to milk you for money, they would add extra expenses knowing she had no chance of making it but they never discussed that with him. He has spent a little over $2000 just for her to be un-kept, when we had visited her she was dirty with poop and pee stuck on her as if no one was there to take care of her. She had dried up food all over her face that made her nose super dry, she seemed to be negligent. Her doctor was Dr.Moore.

My name is Stephen and I have been away from Lone Mtn Animal Hospital for a few years due to location. I have come back to the neighborhood where I will be bringing my kids, no matter where I will be residing in the future. I have brought my little ones in due to illnesses because of parasites discovered, coming from the newest addition. Tiphi LaNae, Codi Li and the newest one with the parasites Maggi Li are my bundle of joy. Because of the special care and love from Dr. Parker and all the rest there at the hospital, no more diarrhea, lethargic, everyone of them are back to normal, bouncing of the walls and having a great time with eachother. Thank you everyone for taking care of them and also the courteous calls to check on them . 5 Stars for everyone!!!!!!!!

I have been going to Lone Mountain animal hospital for about 15 years now the beginning is a little tough but ever since we see Dr Parker we have never had a problem she has always been upfront whether good or bad. I get that it can be expensive I understand that sometimes it is nerve wracking when you bring in your animal in emergency but they do have to do certain things and go along with certain protocol it's getting best treatment for your pet.

My male conure had a bad foot injury over the weekend and no Vets were open that treat exotics. Dr. Gowda was able to get me in and treat his injuries. The staff and Doctor were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Gowda and this hospital, especially for exotics. Thank you Doc!

I've brought two different pets in there within the past year. Both times they seemed much more concerned with running up a high bill than actually helping. The bunny estimate was close to $1700 including an EKG, X-rays, blood tests, and who knows what else. The guinea pig estimate was $900 for a variety of things. When I declined, they immediately became much less interested in helping. I went to a rescue for help and told them the story of the "vet who was more interested in running up a bill than helping" and they said "was it Lone Mountain Animal Hospital?" I guess I'm not the first. The staff is friendly, but there are a lot of them. Someone has to pay their salaries I guess, but it won't be me.

took very good care of my 15 year old dog, very sweet to her. I don't stress knowing that she's being taken care of while I have to be away

My conure had an emergency over the weekend when his normal vet was closed. I was able to get in and get him cared for. Dr. Gowda was kind and professional. She got my baby back to good health. I would highly recommend Dr. Gowda. The staff and doctor were very empathetic and compassionate.

I called ahead to ask if they can diagnose a disease in a chicken based on blood work, after 20 mins of holding they lady finally says yes, it's $111 but they don't have any openings but offered emergency walkin, during business hours mind you. I drove 40 miles there with my hen who needed blood work to determine why she is suddenly paralyzed, they are the only vet open today who specializes in avian and upon arrival I'm told I should have called first and said I was coming and then they hand me a paper to sign and accept their $250 "emergency fee" for blood work... the lobby has one other person open and it's hour prior to closing. This business isn't in it for the animals.. they want to gouge you, and take advantage of people. Absolute disgrace. Never again. I hope everyone passes you by and you are forever to close your doors.
