This is the most beautiful Loft I’ve been to! Alex was so helpful and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and remembered my name. Excellent service and gorgeous clothes!

Oh my God this store is like amazing. The selection here is great, lots of new stuff and sales stuff as well. Alex and Jordan are phenomenal. Both of them helped me, and I appreciated their honesty and professionalism. This will be my go-to store when I come back next month. Thank you again you did an amazing job. I feel like I made new friends.

I usually shop online because the size selection in store isn’t great but this store is clean, well organized and the staff are helpful and considerate.

Guys ... come on!!! This is a large chain of clothes and you guys are unable or unwilling to change your hours online? Mainly, considering the mall charges $15 to $20 for parking after the first hour? The mall website and loft website shows that the store opens at 10 am. I get there right at 10 am and there's a cheap paper sign saying they open at 11 am. The mall gives the first hour for free but after that on the weekends it costs $20 to park. I think this is disrespectful.

I JUST HAD TO USE MY SONS GOOGLE ACCOUNT FOR THIS REVIEW !! I CAME IN THIS LOFT TO HOPEFULLY EXCHANge my online purchases so I went to the counter for help . This man was at the counter and I asked him if he had the items I purchased online in the store he said no I’m sorry and then turned away like he didn’t want to help me . Okay fine so I walked away and looked around . I found only one item. No one came to help or see if I was finding what I needed . I went back to the counter where this man still was I asked him if I can have an even exchange for these two items and return the rest he said sure . So he was ringing up my exchange then suddenly my total was 37.50. I asked him I thought it was going to be an even exchange ? He told me I’m sorry ma’am but these items cannot be evenly exchanged . Okay that’s understandable but why did he tell me yes I’m the beginning so I asked him that and he said well I was unaware of the prices . Okay so I asked him if he could honor what he said and he flat out said no in a very Sturdy voice so I asked for the manager . He said I am one of the managers. I politely asked well is there anyone here that is above you . He said yes and walked away. A lady then walked out with him to asked me what the problem was , she was very rude on how she said it and gave off the wrong vibes. I explained everything to her and she said she couldn’t do anything for me. And asked if I still wanted a return/exchange . I said yes but was very saddened about the exchange. She then walked away in a hurry with no remorse or anything no I’m sorry about that or anything. I have never experienced this kind of service at all at any store. I was very disappointed because I love loft. I will not be shopping at this company again.

The staff here is horrible. There was an older lady behind the counter just giving dirty looks at me as I looked at the jewelry, it made me very uncomfortable. Also when I was looking at the clearance section this lady came up to me and asked if I needed anything so rudely .. I asked for her name and walked out. The name she gave me was Crystal. I cannot believe the disrespect of the staff here. I would expect more from Ann Taylor loft I cannot believe this at all . I will never be going back and I will be telling my family and friends to never go to this location again!

Just a bit of info.. I really hate shopping in person, I'm an introvert that likes shopping online, but don't like to pay return fees, so went to the Loft to return a few items.I walk in and am meet by Carrie. I told her I had just been to the Loft Outlet & was continually followed by an associate who just didn't get it.(when I enter a shop & I don't engage w am associate & they continually follow me around asking me if I want them to start a room for me, what am I looking for, do I need anything, etc, THAT'S NOT COSTOMER SERVICE, it's called not reading or understanding your customer!It also makes me just want to leave and never come back. If I have a question, I will find you, but don't creep me out by following me all over thinking your being a good associate! )I told Carrie my experience at the Loft Outlet & she understood!When I needed help, she was there, when I was just wandering around, she let me, without continually following me.She understood my personal needs and I so appreciated that. Additionally, the other associate there (sorry I didn't get your name!) was awesome to.Even though it's a pain in the butt to get to, I will return to this location (and will never be going back to the Loft outlet..)Thanks Carrie (& your adorable work mate!)You two are much appreciated!!

I thought they had cute clothes and the staff was nice. But some of the clothes didn't fit quite right. Great through the hips but to big around the waist.
