They installed the wrong tire on my car. I asked them 3 times if it was correct, stating that my car needs an uncommon size, and most shops don't carry it. They insisted it was correct. I don't know a lot about tires, so I believed them. It wasn't until I was doing 70 on the highway I realized something felt horribly wrong. After I pulled over, I learned it was also overinflated by 10psi.
Service was fast and kind, but these are HUGE, dangerous, careless mistakes. I think the only reason they're still in business is the severe price gouging. I don't even want to say how much they charged me, because now it's humiliating.

Went to patch a tire he said $40 because it was big. It was only a 18" he didn't ask what size or even look at it

Great service I had a lug that was seized on and they manage to get it off no problem!! I highly recommend this place and pricing is excellent keep up the great work guys !!!

Don't come here, they will rip you off, I got charged $100 for a used tire with holes.
Instead go to Melendez auto service & Tire, it’s 5 min away.
Don't come here, they are thieves, especially with women, they steal your money.
Better go to Meléndez Auto service & Tire, cheaper and 3 minutes away

I don't recommend this place at all. They will always tell you that you need to buy new tires even if you don't! The last time I went and they checked my tire, when he came back it had a huge hole that it didn't have before and he told me that there was no solution, that I had to buy a new tire! Honesty is something that does not define this place at all!

I almost died. I came in the morning of the 17th of August for some tire pressure work. The technician overfilled my tires and caused me to blow out over the freeway. Even after I protested on suspicion, the technician dismissed me.
The employees here are an absolute disgrace.

Went there 7:00 p.m. saying that they'd be able to patch my tire the big guy at the desk was extremely rude wouldn't give me any service I called the day before and they told me it would be 20 hours I understand I have an electric scooter but it's too Bliss tired they'd still be able to pass it put a plug in it. You told me I couldn't even put air in my tire yet everyone else was pulling up using the air machine I would never go here ever again the guy at the counter heavy set is rude.id never go or recommend

Sales bad tires and workers don’t know how to put them on properly I got a tire less than a week ago and yesterday I started to smell something burning while I was driving which cause me to pull over my tire literally looked like a turtle coming out of its shell they don’t have a courtesy tow truck to pick up cars by the look of my tire you can tell someone did not know what they were doing

This is the worst tire shop you ever find in the area.
I would recommend stay away, and go somewhere else. These scammers can get you endangered. Read other reviews of people getting into accidents after repair in this shop!
