I am so frustrated with this whole experience. I was supposed to get my couch delivered on Wednesday. One piece of it arrived broken, so I only got half of a couch. The delivery guys were so nice, I’m not upset with them at all because this is not their fault. What I am upset about is the lack of customer service and communication. There has been absolutely no communication as to why I have not received the other half of my couch. There is only two places for my entire family to sit so some of us are sitting on the floor. Now I’m getting emails to schedule my delivery. But I’m also being told that I ordered the last couch that was in the warehouse and they don’t have the replacement. So which one is it? Regardless, I have to wait a week to get the rest of my couch. It is unacceptable. That half my family has to sit on the floor when I paid over $1500 for this couch. If I had known, this is the type of customer service that I would receive, I would’ve not use this service at all.So just a recap, delivery people were absolutely wonderful, they did everything right. I’ve had to call customer service two times to get any type of answer regarding when I’m going to get the other half of my couch. The customer service I received was subpar, there’s no discount for the inconvenience. I normally don’t ask for one, but for the amount of money that I spent on this couch, to get poor service is absolutely ridiculous.

Defective furniture was delivered - huge cracks in one of the legs of the furniture making it unstable. Called customer service and I emailed in photos as directed. They said a technician would call within 24 hours to schedule an inspection visit to determine next steps. No call. Called back, was then told it would take 3 business days to receive a call. No call again. I am currently on hold for over 25 minutes and I am told there is nothing they can do but email the tech team and mark it urgent. Would not share direct contact info for tech team for me to reach out. Shameful business practices. Will never shop here again.

Patrice Cruz needs some customer service retraining or should just find a new job if she hates Living Spaces customers so much. Incredibly RUDE cashier/management experience. Sales people were great! We had a store credit from an umbrella that we bought and got replaced several times before deciding it was just not going to ever be a good purchase. Today we went in to get a mattress for our daughter and wanted to use the store credit we were promised. The "manager" (she insisted she was the manager and might be, but didn't give us a card) of the store argued with my wife for 20 minutes, essentially calling her a liar, because she couldn't find the note about the store credit. My wife broke down in tears from her barrage of accusations and dismissal of previous conversations from Living Spaces staff that assured is the credit was granted for the broken umbrella. It was almost a $400 store credit. Finally, the manager found the note in the system and the credit. Instead of apologizing for HER MISTAKE, she continued blaming staff or "the warranty". A simple, "I apologize, I found the note indicating your credit of $390" would have made all the difference. Nope. She was clearly embarrassed and too proud to admit her mistake. We will NEVER be back and will be informing corporate that Patrice Cruz needs to be retrained, demoted or just fired.

Horrible! Salesman's AWESOME.. they have no problem taking your money. They get the sale & that's the end of their job. The cashiers, however, extremely rude. Neither sense of communication nor customer service. They will say no store credit but give you store credit.. they say the store credit will be attached to your phone number then randomly refund it back to your card after they told you no refunds. And their 1-800 customer service phone number has completely different policies that the store has no idea about "supposedly". Best advice: be very confident in your purchase before buying. Good luck.

I purchased a sofa from another Living Spaces store 4 years ago. It's only been used for 3 years. I love it. Extra deep seating for taller people. Firm cushions. Very comfortable. A pretty heavy person sat on my sofa and it makes a noise when we sit on it now. It's not sagging or anything. No springs sticking out. I just want to fix it before it NEEDS to be fixed. Anyway, I came to this store to see if I could find anything Similar to the one that I have; because I love it so much. I didn't find anything. The store wasn't Busy, a few employees talking to each other. I guess they had all reached their quota; because no one offered assistance. I called a few days later to ask if they had a referral of a repair company that they work with, that could look at my sofa. I also stated that if I needed another sofa, I would buy the same sofa. He put me on hold to ask if he could give me the referral. He said that he couldn't help me. I felt valueless. I may shop Living Spaces.........But not this one!

I'm so happy to get to write my follow-up review about my seamless delivery experience and beautiful sofa! My sofa arrived crazy fast. 2 weeks after I ordered I got the notification that it was ready to schedule delivery. I ended up scheduling it for about 2 weeks later for a few reasons, but it was actually a lower cost to get it on a Saturday, which was perfect. There wasn't a ton of communication leading up to my delivery. I think I got a notification 2-4 days in advance giving me a much shorter delivery time than I had initially booked, so that was great. I also got a notification when they were about 30 minutes out from delivery. Overall, I don't have any complaints about the communication. These delivery guys were amazing. I live in a second story apartment, so the staircase is a little narrow, but these guys were going to do ANYTHING to get this couch to fit in. Definitely something to be aware of and that I'm glad the store associate discussed with me was that their sofas come in one piece, so it has to be able to fit into your doorway. My experience with Living Spaces has been so easy and stress-free - absolutely everything I could ask for in a big purchase. An absolute dream!

We have bought many pieces of furniture from LS and everything was fine until we had a warranty issue on a couch. We put in our claim since our 7 month old couch is pilling in the fabric and obviously will need replacement within ayear or so. Today we heard they are refusing our claim. They claim this is normal. I could see this as normal after a few years of use. Will never buy here again. I sent an email to the CEO and so far we have been ignored. Nice furniture but they won't stand behind their warranty and for the price that is a must.

Great Variety of Styles & Designs. Very friendly staff. No hovering - No pressure. Showroom style furniture so you can try before you buy. Great financing options and quick delivery. We purchased two love seat recliners on Friday & received delivery the following Tuesday.

My wife and I have bought many pieces of indoor and outdoor furniture items. We also have a fire pit that we got from them. I love their furniture and the styles that they have. Nice selection. We got 36 months interest free payments. Could ask for anything nicer. The workers in store and the delivery guys that they use are professional and helpful. They delivered on time and as promised. They treated our furniture in the delivery with kid gloves. The sofas recline and are extremely comfortable.

Ok... the issue with this business isn't the selection or variety to choose from because there is something for everyone, but what happens AFTER your purchase. Variety/options: 9 out of 10 Pricing: 8 out of 10 (pretty good pricing) Salespeople setting expectations: 7 out of 10 Delivery process (for me at least): 5 out of 10 Communication after delivery: 2 out of 10 Reaching resolutions: 1 out of 10 For starters, their showroom is huge and great. Chances are you can find something you'll be happy with. Plenty of salespeople on the floor too and was told that they DO NOT work on commission so you get the real, genuine interest. Speaking from my experience, I bought a leather couch and decided to get the extra protection plan which seemed fairly priced and was also told that it would include a leather cleaning kit. They made it sound like all I had to do was call the phone number on the insurance/warranty paperwork to get it and couldn't give me anything there in person. Well, this turned out to be false and couldn't be further from the truth. Fast forward to delivery day ...The couch appeared to look fine upon delivery/inspection only to find a bunch of scratches and imperfections on it, thanks to more natural light coming in a couple of hours after. I immediately called the main number to notify them about what happened during delivery and was assured it wouldn't be a problem and gave me some options (since I had the extra protection coverage). So, I decided to hold onto in the crouch in the meantime since I didn't want to go through the removal and delivery process again. Oh yeah, they do the usual long window of time they could show up so you have to hang around for delivery. Anyway, now I wanted to get the leather conditioner/cleaning kit so I called the number on the protection plan. Do you think I got to talk to someone? You're right... no I didn't. There was no good option to select to get the cleaner and got nowhere with every option resulting in asking me to go online to file a claim from an automated message. I finally gave in and tried to file a "claim" just to get the leather conditioner/cleaner online and couldn't find the right selections for that either. I was able to file a claim and got a confirmation number, but never received anything. After a few months of multiple emailed attempts and calls to the store I purchased the couch at, I gave up. So when the day comes for me to get the couch fixed or replaced and use the extra coverage policy I paid extra for, I will make sure I got a really good night of sleep, had a great cup of coffee with a delicious breakfast, do some meditating and take some Advil. At that point, I think I might be ready to take on the daunting task of most likely spending the entire day trying to file what would probably turn out to be an unsuccessful coverage claim. To sum up the buying experience with Living Spaces, be extra thorough with them and beware of what you could encounter after the purchase. Oh yeah, and you'll probably never get the mythical leather cleaner/conditioner that is hyped up from the sales people.

I LOVE living spaces! I've lived in Las Vegas for 27 years and never been here. The showroom is amazing and I love how most things are customizable. Stacy helped us purchase our couch and it was super easy. She said it would take about 4-6 weeks for our sectional to be delivered but it only took three weeks! Everything was well organized and professional. I love how quick they delivered my couch and the men were so awesome and courteous with the delivery. Overall super satisfied with living spaces. They exceeded my expectations.

Do not buy the warranty for your couch!!!! They promise to send you a cleaning kit and or replace the couch. They dont do anything , these are all lies. I was denied a kit from the warranty department for a simple spill, and now living spaces is washing their hands of the whole situation. They leave it to the warranty department. I would rather buy furniture from Costco because they are more helpful and they will refund you if there is something wrong. I was told a few times someone would get back to me about the denial of the claim. No one has reached out. They dont come through when they they said they would. These type of tactics wont last long in this current economic climate..Shop somewhere else

Long story, moved from the east back to the west, needed an entire house of furniture. The sales associates are FANTASTIC, especially Jay. I purchased over 30k of furniture. The assured me of a great return policy if any issues. Most of our furniture has been delivered, still waiting on a few items, however the (269740) Mason Camel Leather Couch is horrible - looks beautiful and I was in love with it. After receiving and sitting on it at home you slide off, actually the seat cushions slide out from underneath you. The cushion is in the middle of the room and your butt is stuck in this trench. Now if you lay down, the cushion slides out and your are stuck in a gully, this trench is wider than the Mariana Trench. It's horrible. This couch was less than a few days at our house and I have been trying to contact someone for a return. I refuse to buy a ton of Velcro to stabilize this when the couch is brand new. However, there is no direct phone number to the stores. You have to call the call center and they tell you we will email the store to have someone follow up with you. Of course that NEVER Happens. I have called over and over - get the same answer - same result. No one calls me back. At this point I believe this is intentional so it falls out of the return policy. So I'm screwed. 30k spent and they can't talk to me about one 2k couch. I went to the store physically and they assured me I could return with a store credit (works for me, I still need another couch) however they were closed Wednesday last week for team building, and so on Thursday when we returned the story changed. I work out of town and I have been calling and calling and NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK! I spoke with Oz today, after multiple calls, and he suggest I get a technician out to look at the couch. Why would I do that. I do not need a tech to come to tell me what I already know, the couch cushions slides. I just want store credit to not sit in the Mariana Trench. I'm will to reinvest that money back into their store - but at this point I'm so upset at the lack of care/concern and the lies if we will call you back. Would love to resolve this - I still have ordered pending and if I need to cancel those I may be forced too because of this simple fix that they refuse to acknowledge. Again the associates in the store were fantastic when shopping however the flip side of the boat is horrendous.

Tried to create a separate review here but I couldn't figure out how to do it. Since my last review listed below, we finally were able to receive the Nate & Jeremiah King sized bedframe we have been waiting for. Not Living Spaces' fault. Just another example of the current supply chain delays in this country (won't get into the politics of it, but you can probably tell where my sentiments lie!). The delivery team of Jay and Daniel were first rate. Got the bedframe upstairs and put together at which point we realized that because we have a Revive line adjustable base, it was rubbing against a piece of the frame along the side rails that is normally used to screw in the traditional wooden slats meant to support a box spring. The guys were so great about taking the frame apart again, flipping the side rails 180 degrees on both sides so that that support piece was at the bottom of the rail on each side and then putting it back together again. It made all the difference in the world and I'm sure prevented any sort of wear and tear on the mechanically adjustable base. Thanks Guys!!! June 13, 2022

Terrible warranty experience. Don't waste your money on getting carefree. Multiple calls, emails, denied claims. If my wooden furniture cannot be fixed from scratches from what we thought was high end furniture, i would just like my money back spent on carefree. Hopefully someone from management sees this.
