If it wasn't for friendly service this I would not shop at any liquer world in town. They love to gouge on spirits and certain craft beer/wine pricing. They list their allocated bottles of whiskey and tequila well above black market secondary prices. Then they act like they are doing you a favor, trying to sell you a $100 dollar bottle for $850. The only reason to stop here is if you need a quick case of generic beer or an emergency last-minute bottle of wine. It's too bad. With the friendly crew they have working here, they could really develop a very loyal crowd of customers. Too bad their management wants to fleece people.

No coke zero cans. The Bacardi 1 liter is $19.99. For $1 more you get the 1.75 liter. Almost double. So that means $1 for 0.75 liter extra. It still makes no sense.

I just left this establishment about 40 mins ago. I called and asked about their return policy because clearly it stated on their website that they do returns if you're not satisfied as long as the the product is in the same condition and I've kept the receipt. I have not opened it and I have the receipt. Everything is in its original condition BUT when I called to double check and confirm, a woman answered the phone explaining they don't do returns and that's what management told her. And that the website must be "out-of-date." Ok, well then legally YOU MUST HONOR it as a company! I have been a returning customer here and you can't be wishy washy about these things. You don't keep returning clients this way. I have a screen recording showing I purchased from them 34 mins ago, and with their RETURN POLICY I found online. Don't come to this place with their shady business practices. I should have just bought my items across the street initially at Smith's but I came here first in search for San Antonio's red blend that they were sold out of. But because I was browsing, I figured I'd just purchase some things that intrigued me there. Especially since I read up on their return policy if I wanted to come back and return something if I were to change my mind. Update your return policy or stay true to it. What's so hard about that?

Liquor World is a pretty decent size store and has a great selection for a neighborhood Liquor store. The employees have always been friendly and helpful when I have had questions. The prices seem to be pretty decent, and they usually seem to have alot of items on sale. The store is always clean and well organized. If you sign up for emails, or text alerts you can get notified when they have tastings, special events, sales, and other informative things.
