New to LV (few years) this neighborhood liquor store has been a nice place to visit. The workers, Sandy, Micah, Jaden, and Anthony always greet me (by name!) and anyone who walks in. They are knowledgeable and the store has good deals, you will probably leave with more than you came for lol
