The store that we parked our truck in front of across the parking lot has really high prices and $65 cowboy hats (not worth the price). They didn’t waver on the price when I tried to get it down to $20.

“What an incredible experience tasting authentic spirits of Tequila, Whiskey, Bourbon and flavored Liquors from international countries. These fine spirits brought us to another world for a moment which made us feel like we were on another planet. We cannot say enough about our attendants that assisted us with our tasting experience and explained the way the pricing work as well as showing us their special spices available for purchase. We were both greatly impressed by the dedication and care received by our tenders. Our only wish is that we had more time to spend there and experience more. We look forward to returning next week to make more selections and have more time to experience the incredible aura. This place is a must visit for sure! “I visited the store on S. Las Vegas Blvd for a second time 3 days ago after having a horrific experience at a sister store. I received great customer service as soon as I stepped into the store. Associates were knowledgeable of products and item locations. A STARK DIFFERENCE from customer service received from the store located on Sunset Blvd where a worker failed and was too lazy to search for an item I inquired about.
On this matter, I approached a 'supervisor' at the checkout counter; she attempted to explain to me that her coworker is "grumpy" at times. Following that waste of 15 seconds of my life, I located the manager on duty. I asked the young lady if she was indeed the manager. She replied, "I'm kinda the manager". I was not at all clear on what... that meant. I halted the conversation at that point.
Regarding the first worker (...a perfect example of a breath-in-britches) I came into contact with upon entering the store...could it be a medical issue? Perhaps a mental health issue, which is serious OR lack of fiber in his diet...either way, absolutely NOT my problem or concern as a customer.
Customer service received from the Sunset location detracts from the solid reputation Lee's Liquor Store has earned based on my second experience and what I have read.

“WMart is a historic, local Korean grocery, complete with a wonderful and delicious to go freshly prepared and homestyle Korean to go restaurant counter at the front of the stores.There is a wide selection of Korean foods, sweets, drinks and household needs. All at very fair prices and often incredible bargain prices.The staff could not be any friendlier. And the store is extremely well run and spotless.And completely bilingual.They are such an integral part of the neighborhood that adjoining businesses are thrilled to receive their products from me when I share with them- something that I happy ? to do. “I'm happy when everyone is content aswell. For the most part, it's secure and people friendly. I messed up one night though ? I feel really bad for having an episode. I'm embarrassed for my behavior. One thing though is the staff let me apologize. Please everyone, be nice to each other, nobody wants to be disrespected for no reason. God bless you all, protect your community and be healthy. Once again, I'm very sorry for my foolish episode, I even went to jail that night. Be careful and don't be a bozoe like me! ??? ”
